This swimsuit bottom would be great if they would listen to the reviews and anchor the elastic in the waistband to the fabric. It twists and folds over if you're moving around, swimming, walking, or anything except sitting still. Maybe that only happens because of my body shape and weight. For reference I'm 5'1" 135 lbs with curvy figure. I bought a size 8. I tried many other swimsuit bottoms that LLBean offers and this is the only one that feels "tug-less" to me. I plan to eventually put a few stitches in the waistband to anchor the elastic to the fabric but I'm not sure if that will solve the problem.

second time i have purchased these. They are very well made and of very good fabric. Waist band is my favorite, wide and does not roll down.

I bought the cobalt blue in a size 10. They fit me really well around the waist. I think they are a much better fit than the LE version. I wish they came in more colors.

I have no idea why it is so hard to find normal swimsuit bottoms these days but these deliver. They have a regular fit that isn't awkwardly high-waisted. Sometimes my belly button wants to see the sun. Well, these can make that happen. Super comfortable with the usual LL Bean quality I don't even need to mention.

I liked this latest swim suit bottom so much that I ordered a second one in a different color. This is my fourth swim suit bottom (three different styles) from LL Bean because I can always count on their fit, comfortableness, and durability.

These swim bottoms are perfect for me! I have a swim top that goes with them and they will be worn all summer long!

Purchased this item in two different colors for a recent Grand Canyon rafting/camping trip, but ended up not using them much (lightweight travel underwear was more versatile for the particular activities involved). But the fit works great for me, so they'll be useful for regular swimming purposes the rest of the summer.

Very comfortable, wide waistband. Love that you can mix and match with other tops.

Great fit. I love the wider waistband. Front lined/ no lining in back. Looks great and stays in place while swimming. I plan on ordering more.

L.L.Bean's bathing suits are the best. They are well made and last forever. This is an addition to my tankini collection so I always have a dry bottom.
