The sheets are supposed to be cooling. However, I have been having night sweats. Also, sheets are not comfortable to the touch. More stiff than soft.

Just received these sheets and they do not fit. They are several inches too small.

These not inexpensive sheets are great until they tear after a year. Happened once and were replaced but the person on the phone told me it was my fault but they would replace them just to be nice and would not do it again. A year or so later, the exact thing happened once more. Am I a sheet abusing monster? Or maybe these sheets are not the quality that LLBean is known for. You decide.

Here's a polished, clear edit that keeps the same message and tone: We were very excited about these sheets, but unfortunately were extremely disappointed when they arrived with several cuts throughout the fabric. We didn't use scissors or anything sharp to open the packaging. At this price point, I expected much better quality.

The top sheet was too big and hung below king blanket and bedspread. The fitted sheet did not hug the mattress and there was no elasticity to it. The sheet material was like tent fabric, hard and stiff, not soft even after washing.

I will say this... I do appreciate LL beans, easy return process. These sheets were horribly uncomfortable- stiff like cardboard.

This is an update of my review posted Nov. 3 showing faded spots on blue sheets.

I wanted to love these sheets, but after 3 washings all pieces had light patches when wet. The spots didn't show when dry but I know they will soon. Want to exchange for white but haven't decided. Very disappointed.

We've been using these sheets for about a month and the fitted sheet has already torn. Very disappointing.

I bought these sheets in July 2022. There years later they are fraying. For $160, I expected them to last longer. I've had cheap Target sheets last 3 years. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

I've only washed the sheets, maybe three times and there's already holes in the middle of the sheets. I am definitely not happy with the amount of money I spent on these and for the sheets to already have holes in them.

Split king adjustable beds are becoming more prevalent and there seems to be no chance to purchase any sheets that fit this bed from LL Bean

My wife said they felt like sleeping on sand paper. I think they are comfortable.

The fit is terrible, much to large. Made in China. I will be buying USA sheets in the future. Sheets were for a queen bed.

I bought these sheets after reading reviews. I like the color and fabric quality, but the so-called "fitted" sheet is so much too big for my mattress that the corners extend well over and I can never get my bed to NOT look like a rumpled landscape of hills and valleys. I've read that I can fix a too-big fitted sheet by sewing new corners, tightening the elastic and/or washing the sheets in hot water. Possible options if these were cheap sheets, but these sheets are NOT. I am very disappointed.

I f you like sleeping on sandpaper buy these sheets.

I would not recommend these sheets. I ordered a Queen sheet set and the size is a combination queen/king. They fold and wrinkle all over the bed. Also, the elastic that holds the bottom sheet to the mattress is of a poor quality. Save your money.

One pocket of the sheet set was smaller than the others and keeps slipping off.

I recently purchased a set of these sheets for my queen-sized bed. The sheets are way too big. The bottom fitted sheet has so much excess fabric making it very baggy. The top sheet almost hangs to the floor on both sides of the bed. In the past I had purchased these same sheet sets and they fitted the bed perfectly. Am very disappointed with these sheets especially considering the price paid for them.

These sheets were recommended by WIRECUTTER, and I therefore felt good about buying them. They come out of the dryer a totally wrinkly mess. I even take them out warm and damp to smooth them out, to no avail. I am very disappointed. I don't have the time or inclination to iron sheets. Will never buy them again. Too bad I can't return them.

Even L.L. Bean is cutting corners. Hate to see it. My fitted sheet ripped after 2 years. I do not see a value in this product when it claims to last. I'm so disappointed. I'd rather pay less if they don't last as long as other brands.

The king sheets are way too big for our kind bed. I love Bean products and looked forward to purchasing these sheets but I will not buy them again.

This is our third sheet set. They always, without fail, tear in the same spot. We have only had the sheets for a year. We have no pets; we have no reason they should tear. They just wear thin and tear. Customer service says they can no longer honor their warranty. A real shame. Generic sheets last longer.

These wore through. I rotate them with $40 sheets from a big box store and those are fine while these much more expensive sheets didn't last. LL Bean said tough luck and won't do anything about it. For the price I recommend to not buy these.

I normally don't write reviews. I received a letter stating the company is raising their interest rates to 31%. I have purchased everything from towels, linens, clothes and gear in the past 30 years. Quality should never be a consideration. I don't mind paying for quality. I use the sheets in my AIRBNB. In the past, they washed well, held shape, were soft and retained their color. I used the sheets once, washed and could not use them again unless I ironed them. They seemed to fade a bit, and felt rough and very wrinkled. They were returned. It is so disappointing that I cannot rely on a company that I have loved for a very long time. The same holds true with beach towels. I washed once, tumbled dry for 15 minutes and hung them. Lint and pulls everywhere. They literally fell apart. I cannot return because they were purchased when they were on sale last year. I usually stock up on sales and rotate them. Please return the quality to match your price point and interest rate.
