Nicely made but not wide enough for me. Toe space too narrow.

Nice, casual shoe. Not much support, but you wouldn't expect that from moccasins. Quite comfortable.

Shoe fit can be hit or miss. I have 8.5s that are too large, just right, and too small. These were WAY too large -- and I need a very wide toe box. But LL Bean sent me 8s with no cost or obligation and they fit very well.

Great quality, but they run a little big. I won't be able to wear without socks in the summer. Need a heavy sock to have them fit.

Great quality, made true to form. Would have enjoyed a little more arch support, but very comfortable and made well overall! Would recommend.

The shoe is virtually identical to the ones that I used to purchase from Brooks Brothers, which no longer offers them. My only disappointment is the blue leather is "pebbly" rather than smooth on my prior ones from Brooks Brothers

Good shoe but recommended size was a full size too large. Shoe in correct size is on back order

This is the second pair I have had and I wear them almost every day. I have only one complaint. There is some sort of coating on the leather laces that makes them slippery and they just will not stay tied - even if I double knot them.

So far, I have only worn them indoors. They are really made more for summer, but I did not receive them until well into November (back order). Western Pa weather can be variable, but it may be spring before I can really give a rating.

Loose in the heel so slips when walking but love the shoes color and looks.

Great shoes. Decided to try LL Bean bist shoes after my Sperrys fell apart. These boat shoes feel great. I'm wearing a 1/2 size smaller than normal.

Comfortable shoes only worn them four times. Hoping they hold up l.l.beans quality and guarantee is not what it used to be

I purchased my previous pair approximately five years ago and was very pleased with their durability, with moderate use, and style. I finally had to toss them because the front part of the sole started detaching from the rest of the shoe, leading to a doom spiral - the more it detaches the more often it catches the ground, detaching it further, causing a trip hazard. I'm knocking the new one down a star because I've already caught the front part of the sole on the ground several times while walking. This makes me wonder if the sole sticks out in the front more than it should, even by a millimeter, compared to my last pair. The sizing of the shoe itself is perfect.

Good shoe, I've worn them without socks for causal use. They did take about a month to break in. I agree the sizing is off (I purchased 1/2 size smaller than my normal size, and probably should have gone another 1/2 size smaller). Good looking shoe, and feels great after the break-in period.

Have been buying Casco Bay Boat Mocs for years. Price has been steadily climbing and they don't seem to last as long. They always fit me perfectly, but my two recent pairs (this one and one I received as a gift) are cut on slightly different lasts and are a bit larger than in the past. I can still use them, but hope they snug up some after I get them wet a few times.

Very well made shoe. Color is nice. Got the dark brown.

This is not my first pair of these boat shoes. The last pair has worn like iron. This new pair is as nice as the last pair.

Get a half size smaller. I gave it 4 stars bc there is some discomfort with the stitches while breaking them in. I'm on about my 5th day wearing them and they are very close to being broken in. I'm looking forward to the leather getting some broke in coloration.

I love the replacement shoe I asked for due to my high arch.. love it. Love it! One little thing though, there is a sewn knot in the inside of the right shoe that has a tiny prickly point. It can be quite bothersome. I am calling them tomorrow to get their recommendation on how to eliminate it without damaging the nice stitching.

This pair the vamp is too close when laced up causing the shoe to be too loose on my size 9D foot. Looks like a manufacturing issue as the second pair I ordered for compaison was OK

The ordering and delivery process worked perfectly. About the product: The fit is right for my size 9; for me, the sole of the shoe is a little too thin, I was expecting it to be more supportive. That being said, I still like the shoes and will wear them often.

Great company, great customer service but wish there were stores closer to Texas.

The shoes would be 5 star but dye came off on my socks hope it stops.

Although the mocs are very well crafted, they are rather stiff and inflexible. Would opt for a name brand boater the next time.
