Tight fit, but it is working out over time. I have worn these 6-8 times and they are becoming more comfortable. Sole has a funny squeak that I hope works out, too.

Nice shoe, but heel is very low. Not likely to get this product again.

Nice shoe. Slightly narrower than I thought it should be for a wide shoe. Wish it had (better) arch support. Overall a nice shoe.

Changed from another brand that cost $140 and were very uncomfortable. I'm in my shoes 14+ hours a day. These are great shoes, at first I was worried about size but after day 2 it was ok. Went down a star because the lacing on mine are slightly different shades- I noticed but no one else, but I think it was a one off.

These run slightly larger that size. I wear a 9.5 and this is easily a 10.

My dominant foot was tight, so much so that I considered sending it back for a half size up, but then decided to wear with no socks for a while to stretch it/break it in, and then try socks

Decent shoe - comfortable and fairly easy to slip on. Looks good with various types of clothing. Could use more support, but it is a boat-type shoe. Especially appreciate the smooth sole as almost all other shoes have deep groves that pick up rocks.

Bought 10 wide because I always get E or 2E, but these shoes a little too wide. Otherwise very nice.

These are a very comfortable shoe. I love them but they are quite LL Bean quality. My uppers look great but the sole wears out quickly.

Comfortable, good looking shoe Casual, yet dressy.

I have bought similar LL Bean shoes like these for my husband for years. 10D is usually perfect. These were huge. I exchanged for a half-size down and they were still floppy. Disappointing.

This is a good looking shoe and seems well made. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, I found that it is uncomfortably narrow and I had to return it. Consistency in shoe sizing is a weakness with LL Bean. I have had good luck with some pairs, but a poor fit with others of the same sizing. I have large and wide feet, so i am thrilled when I do find a good fit.

Great shoe. Good quality. Just one suggestion. It needs a little more cushionong and arch support to make it more comfortable. Love LL Bean for consistent quality and sizing. Been a happy customer for many years. Thanks

Good fit and comfortable to wear

I'm glad I got these. Size 12 fit me exactly as expected. I've been wearing them for a month now and they seem well made. They take a nice shine and go with most casual looks. Minimal arch support so I don't wear them when I'm going to be in my feet most of the day, but other than that a comfortable versatile shoe at a nice price.

smart looking slip on that can be worn as business casual or casual. Comfortable enough for short distances of walking but not made for long walks. If you are looking for slip on dressy enough for work or dinner at a nice restaurant this fits bill nicely

Exchanging for Medium width. Well made and comfortable.

This is my second pair-the ones from a couple of years ago were my favorites-incredibly comfortable from day one. I read a review on these that complained about some sort of ridge/hump across the mid-section-I found the same thing in my left shoe. It feels like a slight rise then an abrupt drop in the level of the sole just below the heel. I thought I might send them back, but wore them around the house a bit and it seemed to flatten a bit. I have now wore them a few days and I still feel it, but it doesn't bother me too much and otherwise I love the shoes.

Great value. I opted for the darker leather and brown soles. After receiving and wearing the Mocs, I applied neatsfoot oil to fit her soften and darken. Their seem to be two different leathers. The one on top is more firm and less porous. Is it really leather? I ordered my usual size. They run slightly larger than most I may have dropped down a size, but these are ok. Wish the darker leather and soles model did' use white stitching. Brown would be preferred. A bit less sporty, but more versatile. Would facilitate packing less for apres boat activities.

LL products have been hit or miss over the past decade, but these are a 'hit'! Aesthetically, they are a great blend of casual and elegant. I wear them to the office with khakis and dress slacks, and they look more like a proper dress shoe than these awful semi-casual kicks folks wear these days. However, they feel like a comfy boat shoe/moc. Ergonomically, these are wonderful. We SHOULD NOT wear overbuilt/padded shoes! They handicap your feet/knees/hips. These have a traditional, flat boat shoe sole (no slips!), and are a wonderfully healthy shoe to wear to promote good foot/ankle/knee health. Leather is high quality, as is construction. Pro tip: to make them break in faster, saddle soap and mink oil them, INCLUDING inside the heel, and around the opening. Also, for barefoot wear, shake a little baby powder/barber talc inside. I love the full length, leather liner! Very comfy, sans socks. Luxurious, really. Another reviewer commented that his feet slid around on this, but i don't find that to be the case at all. So - now the "not so good": the leather liner is not glued in well, so it started coming loose within the first week. I plan to hot melt glue it back down. Other than that, these are my go-to summer shoes for work and play!

The following are my husbands comments. Finally found a nice Venetian style moc available in a wide that fits well and looks great. I'm disappointed however, with the poor quality of the insole which has a significant design flaw in that in the mid foot there is a sharp transition to a thinner sole that is rather uncomfortable. Furthermore it lacks an arch. I would expect better from Llbean. Subsequently I shared my concerns with a store clerk and she noted other men didn't like the insole either. Normally I would return the shoes immediately, but llbean's satisfaction policy allows me to return anytime. I'm hoping to find suitable insoles to replace the existing ones since I'm tired of ordering, trying and returning shoes like this necessitated by the fact that few walkin stores stock wide sizes, including the Llbean store in CT.

Look and fit good. Will order again.
