They run a little big. I usually where a 9 1/2 E, but needed a 9 E.The 9 E fits perfectly

These are great. Good fit and colour, rubber soles to deal with wet going and a modest heel which gives more walking comfort. Well designed, well made as usual!

I purchased a wide for my husband and they fit perfectly. It's so nice to see a leather shoe that doesn't cost a million $$$$. This is a great shoe that will last. I don't think these are made in the US anymore, but very well made.

I've only had these a few weeks. These were an alternative to my 3rd pair of Camp Mocs that fell apart in the 1st 3 months (1st 2 pairs lasted 30 years), so was hoping these would be up to the old Bean standards. So far so good, but the jury is still out, so I may update my review later. Sizing is what I call "True Bean" on their shoes. I'm a size 11 in all other brands, but Bean seems to be consistently a 1/2 size larger. I ordered 10.5 D, they fit perfectly. Also assume these will stretch. The color is close to the picture. I would also recommend waterproofing these if you will be walking around in them. I do a lot of walking in Denver, DC, and New Mexico. I'm assuming that although the leather seems to have a waxy finish, these will stain if they get water on them.

My old slippers had laces. These laces kept opening. Very dangerous for night time use. Time for new slippers. These shoes make great slippers. They fit great. However, I wear them barefoot. Their inner soles seem a bit slippery. Over time, I'll probably get used to them.

Once they are broken in,because they are hand sewn, they are very comfortable and well made.

I'm very "no frills" and these are perfect shoes for me. The fit is perfect (I have wide feet), and I love the full leather foot bed. They do not tend to slide off my feet like some others. There is every feature needed and nothing else in this design. Even the sole is ideal - no dirt grabbing slots or grooves and very light/flexible. I can't think of any negatives for these shoes.

Materials and workmanship are second to none. This is a boat shoe. So, not designed with support for long walks on hard surfaces. Perfect for its intended use. Makes a substantial house shoe. Have 'em on right now.

True to size - excellent quality- will buy again when worn out in a few years

My shoes were on backorder for several months. Worth the wait. Look rich and fit fine . One observation. The picture shown on the main page has a white sole. The picture on the review page is a dark sole. I recieved a dark sole. My shoes are better looking than the picture. A little darker and richer. Will be fine for casual and semi dress.

Top notch service. Initially I purchased a half size smaller based on reviews. They were too snug. The LL Bean customer rep was extremely helpful, and within a couple of days a replacement pair sized properly was at my door. Now they fit just fine.

I had been looking at these shoes online for a while as something to buy with a gift card given to me as a birthday present. I bought them at a store today with exceptional service. I am wearing them around my house as we speak to get them broken into. They look great barefoot with khaki shorts, which is how I plan to wear them most times.

I am very happy with these mocs. They look great with jacket and tie, with jeans and even very casual without socks. Very comfortable right out of the box unlike a lot of other loafers which need a bit of break-in time. I highly recommend

I'm not easy to fit when it comes to shoes, but these were sized just right . Fit was comfortable and leather was soft but stiff enough to provide firm grip on your feet.

The only thing better that the moc is the customer service I received. The original item I ordered was back ordered and was not back in stock as soon as I had been led to believe. I was going on vacation in a couple of days and switched to another moc that was in stock. CSR kindly offered to quick ship it at no expense to me. I could not be happier. L.L. I'm a 14W and these very nice boat shoes fit me perfectly! The sole is a little harder and less flexible than I am used to, but I think that's better on uneven surfaces.
