Both color choices are dark brown only one is labeled cactus. Also the dark brown color comes in a rough finish and I was totally surprised when they arrived. There is no mention of the rough finish in the description and unless you zoom in for a close up view, you can't see it. We came very close to sending them back.

The box said size 12, but, the shoes were size 11 and too small. The shoes have been returned and the correct size has not been received yet.

Another great product. They can be worn 365 either with sixes or sockless. You don't know what your missing if you don't purchase the Camp Mocasin ASAP .

The shoe itself is great, especially for the price. It's a good looking shoe, and constructed well. The only thing I knocked down is the sizing, specifically the length. I settled on 8.5EE, although I have no other shoes smaller than 9.5EE amongst my collection. Even these Camp Mocs are a bit roomy as well. Still, the return process is very easy, so you can return them for no problem.

These Mocs are quite comfortable and fit well. They are slightly large, but is OK as I wear socks with them mostly. Good product that replaced Sperry Topsiders. As a sailor I do appreciate their grip on the deck. Thanks.

Shoes look and feel great. They do run a little large, so I ordered a size 9.5 instead of my normal 10 and they fit fine.

1/2 size too long. Ordered 1/2 size smaller, so it would not slip in heel area.

If you need EE or EEE, order larger sizes than normal

This is my fourth pair of these moccasins. I order another pair whenever my existing pair gets a bit scruffy. I then have one pair that looks just fine and a number two pair that walks in the snow and mows the grass.

All perfect - size, style, manufacture - except for one small thing - the laces are too short to allow one to tie the kind of a knot that will not come undone. So, I end up retying the laces in a simple bow every few days.

This recent pair is a replacement. Bought this same style shoe for many years; the only complaint? is that EVERY pair will wear out on back of heel sole and of course local shoe repair cant repair sooo I returned them for a new pair. It seems to be a fault in the sole- since every pair has done the same thing and the rest of the sole hardly shows any wear. Otherwise, fit & style is great.

I originally ordered 9EE, which fit predictably in width but about a full size longer than one would expect. 8EE, however, fits like a perfect 9 wide. As for quality, these are very nice for the price. Only wish they were made in USA.

I seem to wear out the heels before the soles, so a more durable heel would increase the value. Leather tops are good.

Unfortunately, found out how big they run (I'm a 12) and had to go to the store to try on a smaller size, including 11-1/2 (which were not available online.) Like the shoes, but also wish Bean still offered narrow sizes (B) like they used to for years, and wish they were made in the USA.

I have been wearing this style LL Bean Moc for 15-20 years and find them to be very comfortable, easy to slip on for trips to the store or getting the paper from the lawn. They can handle being wet very well. I will continue to purchase them, although this time the mocs had a somewhat pointed toe and I do prefer the more rounded look.

I bought these shoes for my husband and he likes them. They run true to size in length but a bit narrow for his foot. Because they are made from leather, he's breaking them in a bit at a time and the shoes will stretch. All in all, the color was good, the shoes will last a long time.

This is not about the moccasin, although I use them almost daily and obviously prefer LL Bean's product. But it's about LL Bean service: outstanding! I broke my leg and ankle a few months ago, and the slow recovery means my foot will remain swollen for some time. Although my wife said it was impossible, I called LL Bean, explained my situation, and they immediately shipped me one larger and wider moccasin. At a price greatly reduced from that for a pair. Not many firms would do this, and probably none would agree so quickly (the first call receiver handled it).

Bought one son his usual size 10M in this shoe- he felt it was too narrow and ended up with EE- which he never has worn. Another son ordered his usual size and found that the shoe seemed too long and will be sending them back for an exchange once he decides to go down 1/2 or a full size. I don't know if it is that the shoe size quality control is inconsistent or my kids' feet and what they find comfortable is so different -BUT the shoes seem well made, are classic and once the size is right they should be a worn in good health for a long while.

Classic and comfortable...bigger than last pair but easily exchanged and on my feet...awesome from the start...no need to "break in"...

Very comfortable shoe, only took about 2 days to break-in. The shoe does run rather large I had to get a size 2x smaller then I usually wear for sneakers. Overall a very good shoe and stays comfortable after a full day of walking.

These are excellent shoes to where around on the weekends when you want something to throw on quick. They resist water, and in a short time feel like slippers. I have always used this type of shoe over the years.

In use for 1+ week. Quality is good. I have a wide foot and have trouble finding a good fit, this one is OK, not great. Mocs more comfortable as I use them and they form to my feet. I use them for casual run around stuff in a semi-urban area. I wish it had more of a heel. Price / value is good. DanS

I love camp mocs. I have worn them around the house for at least 30 years. I wear them until they fall apart and then buy a new pair. That takes about 12 or 13 years for me. LL Bean used to offer them in narrow widths, but has not done so in recent years. So I was concerned that my latest pair would not fit my narrow foot as well. Well it turns out the old "narrow" is the same as the new "D." Everything is the same dimension. I'm guessing the old narrow was not really narrow after all. That having been said, I am enjoying the new camp mocs as I have for the last 30 years.

I have been wearing the moccasins for about a month and really like them. My last pair wore out the soles in about 3 years(I wear them every day). My last pair was size 12(a bit tight) so this time I got size 13.
