They seem pretty light but also really firm. They're ok comfort wise. I didn't notice any extra anything about these insoles

The shoes that im putting these in are a size 6 1/2 but fit like a 7, I had to trim them down a little, and I was a little bit disappointed because there's no directions or guidance on how to trim them for your foot. They are good quality, I just don't think they are for me because I have a higher Arch. These have arch support but it's not in the right spot for my foot. If you look at my pictures my arch is further back from where the arches are on the insoles.

I can't really tell the difference with this product. I suffer from pronated ankles & do not run much. For walking, this insole does not provide any additional support that is noticeable or advantageous. It's very stiff and does not have a lot of cushion as expected.

In my overall opinion I would say that I was not very impressed with the shoe soles. They definitely do not add any comfort. They are extremely lightweight but I would rather have a little more cushion.

I received a pair of Spenco Propel Insoles for free from HTC in exchange for my honest review. The insoles are designed beautifully and are very lightweight. They provide great arch support. I went hiking wearing them, and I felt comfortable. However, one thing I have to mention is that this product is way over-packaged to me. I don't think it is necessary to pack a pair of insoles with multiple boxes. And I hope the insoles are durable because the material seems fragile.

This was good. Makes the shoe rise a little too much and makes the shoe a bit tight. After settling in, it felt comfortable though

These Spenco Propel Insoles fit comfortably in the shoes. They take little space so the shoes don't feel smaller then normal size. It fits the contour of the foot. Feet don't over heat or get overly sweaty from them. What I was hoping to get is support for my arches. I personally didn't feel that and maybe being a bit over weight didn't help that BUT I feel these should have helped even a little bit but didn't. I honestly can't recommend them as they will do differently for each person.

They have a nice sleek design, light weight but feels like Styrofoam and very still.

Love love love Spenco orthotics like Total Support Max and Ground Control High Arch but underwhelmed with Propel.
Pros:
1. Has a perfect size and shape metatarsal pad. Almond shaped, not big or hard."There but you're not aware" kind of thing.
2. Excellent customer service if there are any shipping issues or whatever.
Cons:
1. Might be my feet which are picky, or might be the orthotic, but these feel stiff to me. No "give" when I tried it, though may mold to feet over time but I can't risk trying that and not being able to return it.
2. Seems to be made of a material like compressed packing peanuts.
3. Not sure what shoe type this would be good in.

I tried these for 3 days. They made my feet hurt all 3 days. I would not recommend these inserts.

They appeared interesting. I could not get the small enough for my shoes. The size for the foot did not fit either. I am unable to give an official review. Was disappointed. They looked like Styrofoam.

I am not a fan of this insole it is very hard and I thought it would be more of a memory or gel style and insole

I am not impressed with this product at all. They are made out of a styrofoam material and there is not a whole lot to it. I do not feel that it did anything other than ad a layer to the bottom of my shoes and if they don't fit tight in your shoe the edges hurt if you come down on them,

I was not very fond of this product because the insoles were too thin. They are very flexible when placed inside the shoe. I did not like that it was very thing because they can tear easily.

Wow. I thought I had problems until I started wearing these. After just an hour of trying them for size around the house, I started feeling pain all the up my legs up to my lower back, thus, causing the middle of my back, from bottom to top, to feel achy with sharp pain throughout. I know it was bcuz of the insoles bcuz my back felt fine without them.
I’m hoping they didn’t cause permanent damage.
Also, they don’t have hardly any squish to them. Barely! The material is practically made of styrofoam.
Don’t waste your time!

I put the insoles in my running shoes. The insoles seemed a little bit too big for my shoes. I ran for 1/2 mile with the insoles in. My toes went numb and I got bad pain in both my shins. After 1/2 mile, I had to stop and remove the insoles from my shoes. My arches and shins were in pain for about 15 minutes after removing them from my shoes. Apparently my arches and shins don't need any extra support!
