Spenco Propel Insoles are well made insoles. They were a perfect size and shape for my walking shoes. I would have liked a bit more cushion. Over all, a good insole.

The Spenco Propel Insole is a high arched support to help correct the inner part of your foot when walking. I have high arches to begin with, but when I put these in my running shoes, it pushed them up even higher! I walked all day in them to test them out and my feet were sore. The next day wasn't as bad. I think my feet needed to adapt to the insoles. They feel great on! I think they will be nice for walking as much as I do!

They are good where they are built thick but the thin parts should be thick as well. You get no cushion from the arch and one side of insole. The heel is good cushion jut need more cushion all around.

Spenco Propel Insoles are a decent insole for running. I ran 3 miles with them in today and liked them. My only complaint is you felt them when you move and I prefer when you do not feel them. However, they did not make my shoes feel heavy so that was a plus!

Not as supportive as the Total Max insoles but good enough for my casual slip on shoes.

They are too big, you have to cut them to size. You don't have much room to accommodate an insole. They are not memory foam. Over all they are good but I don't like them, they make my feet hurt after some time of wearing.

Spenco Propel Insoles added a lot of much welcome cushioning to the bottom of my shoes, but the sides caused me pain. I have extremely sensitive skin on my feet and the sides just rubbed and jabbed. I appreciate that it was molded to my feet, but the material was too hard for me I think.

I do some form of moderate to high impact exercise 4-6 times a week. I was excited to try these insoles to see if they might lengthen the life of my shoes. After several days of use, I did not really notice anything that makes me love these insoles. They are very lightweight, odor resistant, and comfortable, but if they had been secretly placed in my shoes, I doubt I would have noticed any difference. These might be a good purchase if trying to extend the life of your workout shoes.

I tried the insoles and I did like them but would like more support and firmness. I did notice a subtle improvement but just not what I needed. I prefer a more firm, noticeable improvement and I just didn't get it with these inserts.

The Spenco Propel Insoles are just ok, nothing special. Sorry to say they felt cheaply made, very thin. Not a lot of support. For me they were very uncomfortable. Overall I didn't like them.

The insoles were not for me. They made my shoe a little too tight for comfort and not enough cushion (padding).

The Spenco Propel Insoles are a nice option for casual joggers like myself. They help get me through those last few steps, when my feet feel strained.

The insoles are made of a compressed Styrofoam material, which feels slightly cheap. They are thin with a slight arch support. Overall they are okay.

I've heard great things about this brand so I was super excited to try out the Spenco Propel Insoles. I have pain in my left foot and I was hoping this would provide some relief on my pressure points... they worked ok. I think there might be a better, more supportive option for me because these were quite thin. They did fit well in my shoes and provide overall relief from fatigue and increased comfort from being on my feet but did not alleviate the pain. I'll be on the lookout for more options!

When first trying them out, they felt firm but soft. I rated this product a 3 because the all-day wear was awful and I had to take them out in the middle of the day due to the soles hurting my feet a lot. The longer I wore them I felt that they felt cheaply made. The one positive input I give is that they look nice. I would not recommend this product.

After trying many different insoles and then trying these, I have found that I do like these better than most. There just wasn't quite enough support.

I got the inserts and they were for my size range but they were huge for my shoe and I am the bigger size to the range. I did cut them down at the toe so it fit better in my shoe. These are very stiff and I would have liked some plush and squish to it. They are fine but I would not buy on my own.

These weren't as nice as I was expecting. They are just Styrofoam inserts. They do not feel soft to the touch.

The Spenco Propel Insoles provide good support and are easy to use. I found them to be comfortable and provide a smooth walk. The only thing I would change is for it to have more cushion in the form of gel in the places where it is mostly needed. This change can make them even more amazing and comfortable.

Spencer Propel Insoles are not for me. I have pretty flat feet and they don't offer enough arch support.

Spenco Propel Insoles were much more comfortable than they appeared they would be. However, they did not offer the support or "return energy" in my opinion, that they claimed they would.
