These insoles work really well. They are better than the ones that came with my running shoes. The only challenge I had was with the size of the insole. There were no instructions to indicate how to adjust the size.

Propel insoles felt great after a 3 day break in. I have not used them for running yet, but they were comfortable while walking.

Easy to fit into the shoe, good support, lightweight

I have been using the Spenco Propel Insoles for a week now and must say, they have assisted with my daily walks. I am in a weight loss journey so walking a mile a day on the track is new to me. My feet usually hurt after my walk. Since wearing these insoles I have been able to get through my walks without stopping to rest my feet. They don't hurt after.

I love how great these feel in my shoes. Very soft.

These are very lightweight and strong. They fit my trainer shoes perfectly for running. They are very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I received a pair of Senco Propel Insoles and they're quite comfy! I'm very flat footed but find I still need some support. These provide excellent support especially while going for a run. The only issue is I had to trim them down to fit into my shoe, which is a size bigger than the actual insole. I'd size down next time.

I thought the insoles were a perfect addition to my shoes and daily routine. Although a little thin, I didn't mind. They were comfortable to walk in.

Spenco Propel insoles hugged my high arches and provided excellent arch support on my latest run. However, I do not like the heel cup as it felt flimsy and made me feel unstable.

I like how these help my feet not hurt while out and about all day. I use these for when I go on my runs and also at work since I am always on my feet. They fit my shoes good, but the heel part kind of sticks out a little more then I like. It is not uncomfortable, but it is just different. For the purpose of the insoles, they get the job done.

I have flat feet, and I'm prone to pain in my low and arches. I also was having an issue with terrible pain on the ball of my left foot. I went to the podiatrist, and after treating my pain she suggested that I wear supportive inserts in my shoes. I love this because they offer just the right about of arch support, and they aren't too hard or soft. I can definitely tell a difference between a day on my feet or exercise with the supports vs without them.

The Spenco Propel Insoles are very comfortable. They fit good in my shoes and my feet wasn't aching or hurting when I went on my daily walks. They are much better than my regular insoles. I like the fact that they are made with an INergy Foam technology which helps make them lighter and more durable and provides an energy return that's better than a standard insole. The Spenco Propel Insoles made my daily walks easier and much more enjoyable!

I really enjoy these insoles. I was having some foot pain from my shoes and I couldn't figure out why. I tried these insoles and they are super comfortable and I am no longer having any pain.

These insoles were eventually comfortable. It took a few days to adjust to the arch support. Once adjusted these provided pain relief from standing on my feet all day.

I liked these in soles. They where easy to install in my shoes. They were comfortable and my feet at the end of the day were very grateful. Not sure how well the absorb odor yet. I would buy these again.

As someone who is a casual runner - but also gets more than 10,000 steps most days of the week - I found these insoles to be a nice way to make my feet feel more comfortable during day to day tasks such as running errands and walking my dogs. I like that the insoles are very light and flexible and were easy to fit into a variety of shoes that I tried them in.

Just the right amount of added comfort and my feet stay put in my shoes. Awesome product!

These inserts and thin so they don't take up all the time in your shoes like some of the other brands. They feel comfortable on my feet. I Was able to wear them in my shoes at work and felt relief after being on my feet all day.

So far I'm really liking these insoles. Although I'm not using them in my running shoes I am currently instead using them in my work boots. These are very light and made of a foam material. I gave 4 stars because I'm not sure of the longevity of these soles overall.

I liked these insoles once I was able to get them placed correctly. I had a bit of trouble getting them to fit in and lay flat in my boots. The uderside of the insoles is flexible but it doesn't slide very easily. Once they were in place the fit was comfortable and they stayed in place very well.

I have been using the Spenco Propel insoles in my dress shoes. Since I wear dress shoes all day during the workday, they have really come in handy to help ease foot and knee pain.

Overall the soles are wonderful! I am on my feet 8 hours everyday at work and it is brutal to find good shoes with comfort. These form to my feet and provide support to help standing all day less painful at the end of shift

I was a bit worried about the performance when I took these out the box because it looked like styrofoam on the sole. But these Spenco Propel insoles were different than other insoles I have tried in the past. It didn't fold or crumble under the feet which I liked and it felt so comfortable with my arch. It was a snug fit in the shoe but these insoles just cushioned my feet so nicely.
