I was pleasantly surprised at the extra pep my feet had when I used Propel Insoles. They are on the thin side for an insole so I was doubting the effectiveness. I live in the mountains so I need all the help I can get making sure I have extra boost energy in my feet when out walking or running, as the constant steep hills are tough for me to go up. They fit well in my sneakers, are so easy to use. Just slip in and go! I have a wide foot and it was still a good match.

The Spenco Propel soles are really perfect fit into my shoes and gave me a great feel and it did really help with my support while walking and running ...easy to fix it and it did not move and great support..I dont think it helps with panter fasciitis but great for running and walking

Lightweight and this enough for most shoes. Good for sneakers, boots and casual shoes. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no guidelines to cut them down. They were too big and I had to guess where I should be cutting them. A pattern on the back to follow would help.

Good quality but it was a little difficult to cut to the right size.

These Propel inserts work very well. They are comfortable and make running and walking even better than without them. I would recommend these to any runners out there looking to up their game and have better feeling feet afterwards. No complaints for me.

I liked the Spenco Propel Insoles. They were good for support.

I liked the feel of it under my feet, cushioning my sole and heel. It fit right in my shoe without any adjustment. I did want the middle to be a little wider across; one of my feet is flatter due to a sports injury when I was younger so I wear a bit wider shoes when available.

The insoles are very soft and flexible.. the insoles are very comfortable and helpful while running.. provides the support and required lightness..

I have to say at first just touching them out of the box I wasn't expecting much from them. And then I had trouble getting them into my shoes. Once using them I understand their value. My feet are much more supported from before and I experience less pain.

Feels comfortable and very light weight. Help support and balance my feet more. Gives me more cushioning in my shoes.

I use these for walking and I can tell the difference. They provide good cushioning and support. They took a bit to break in and adjust to.

It's is a good insole, nothing amazing and magic but it helps a bit while you use it for running. Overall a good product.

I have found that using spenco Propel insoles I am able to be on my feet much longer. They provided more comfort so I could go about my day much better than usual.

I love how comfortable these are and add a little bounce to your step. They pro ide great arch support but since my feet are little wide so they did not cover my full foot.

First time knowing this brand and using this brand. Gives great comfort to my feet and I like how lightweight the insoles are.

The Spenco Propel insoles are high quality and made of long-lasting materials. My husband is currently using these in his work boots and says they are very comfortable.

These insoles fit in my tennis shoes nicely. The design and color is very bold and appealing to me. I don't find them comfortable enough though. They do provide support, however, my feet don't get enough relief by wearing them. I was hoping they would help alleviate pain from exercise and spending time on my feet. The material feels ok except for the bottom part which feels like it will come apart overtime. These were ok but not as effective as the inserts I usually use.

I received a free pair of #SPENCOPROPELINSOLES from #HOMESHOPPINGCLUB and they make my feet feel good. They were true to size. They were easy to install and use. The fit well in my shoes, and gave my feet the cushion and support in the right places. My legs and feet are not sore after using them.

These insoles have just the right amount of firmness along with the right amount of cushion to make me feel good all day long Thanks for marketing such a great product.

Great support for the feet. Very comfortable. Makes me able to wear my shoes/sneakers for longer durations without hurting.

They are kind a hard. And don't say in many of my shoes

the insoles were very light weight easy to size to shoe and comfortable

I really like these insoles and its something I wouldn't spend money on so I am glad I did get to try these light and airy and comfortable insoles. Now after using these the last few days on my daily walk I did notice a difference right away with support. I would definitely recommend to any one I know and I will.

When I took them out of the package they seemed to be quite big for a person who wears a size 11 or 12 shoe. They feel crunchy but they are durable soft and feel like foam.

These feel great when I got them cut down and in my shoe. They are made for size 12 to 13.5, but they have no lines to cut them down to the right size. I have bought less expensive brands that allowed me to customize them like that.
