I used this insole in my walking workout sneaker. I tried it one day instead of my sneaker insole and another day on top of my sneaker insole. My feet did not hurt either day but it was definitely more comfortable on top of my sneaker's insole. It seems like a good quality product. It's surprisingly very thin but works and is easy to slip into any shoe. I love this insole is the actually size of my shoes, no cutting needed. It was a perfect fit in my sneaker. I have happy feet.

The Spenco Propel Insoles were GREAT! They fit perfectly in my sneakers and felt great on my feet. I can tell the difference right away. It was comfortable and soft. I enjoyed using it while using my treadmill for my work outs and they make me feel good and my feet seem happier lol. I am able to go for longer times and even higher incline with these babies on my feet! I highly recommend these as they WORK! I also recommend because they feel GREAT and COMFORTABLE! These were definitely made well.

These insoles are lightweight and flexible. They fit great in my running shoes, and stay secure during my workout. They add extra support and are very comfortable. I'm very happy with them, and would get a pair for my casual, everyday shoes as well.

I have been searching for good supportive running insoles. I am so happy to have found these. They are great for running, but no recommended for wearing for long periods of time when not running.

These insoles are interesting. They were not at all what I expected. There are made with what looks/feels like some type of styrofoam, not a normal gel-type material. However, they did provide a "spring in my step!"

I love Spence Propel Insoles. They were easy to fit into my tennis shoe. They are super lightweight so their addition is not noticeable. My foot feels a lot more stable when walking and running. I have a lot more support and actually got a running PR the first time I used them. They will add to your fitness and overall health- highly recommend!

Spenco Propel Insoles work great for me, its like I am walking on clouds. My feet no longer ate at the end of the day, they are easy to insert and take out, I use them in all my shoes.

Wow! These surprised me. I did not expect them to feel so springy just from looking at them, but they were. They fit well in my sneakers and gave me the extra cushion and support I needed. I love how bouncy they make me feel.

I am on my feet about 10 hrs a day and I walk or jog for about 4 miles per day. I use my sneakers for several months and they get worn down. I used these for upgrade support in my sneakers. The insoles were great. My husband has back problems and the insoles helped his back.

Spenco Propel Insoles provided adequate comfort & resiliency throughout the day. My feet did not feel tired after eight hrs., walked & jogged. I was a bit put off initially by the styrofoam-look because I thought that it would crack. Surprisingly, Spenco Propel Insoles are very flexible and help to propel my feet forward with its' resilient construction. My feet and legs did not feel tired or sore after hours of wearing. Ill admit, I dont run as frequently as I used to. It seems there is a gradual slowing of everything lately... Wow what a relief! These insoles align your feet and posture for full body satisfaction! And yes, they put a pep in your step!

These insoles are much sturdier than most and provide more support because they're made better. They fit my shoes perfectly and my feet feel better at the end of the day. I love them and recommend them to anyone who has foot pain problems.

Thank you so much for giving me the privilege of testing these insoles. I am an amateur runner; just started jogging/running in the last year. These insoles make my feet feel so good. Feels so light on my feet, like gliding on a cloud when I'm running. I even used them at the grocery store because I'm someone who likes to get what I need quickly and get out and I swear these made my trip faster.

When I received the insoles I was a little skeptical. They don't feel like they'd offer much support. I'm used to the gel insoles and these felt nothing like them. I used them in a pair of Vans shoes, which have no padding or support whatsoever, in the hope that they would help. In the past, whenever I wore my Vans I'd end up with blisters and my feet would ache (what we do for fashion sake). With the Spenco insoles I was able to go for a 2 miles walk, no blisters, and my feet felt great!

These inserts are amazing! Having bones spurs in found it haven't been able to enjoy the things I used to love, now I get to without the pain. Thank you!

The Propel insoles were excellent. They were prefect for what I wanted to use them for. They really made a difference. Very comfortable and very durable. I will definitely buy another pair.
