I highly recommend these insoles. They fit well in any shoes and aren't too big.

Propel is the perfect name for these insoles, because that's exactly what it feels like they do! The foam provides a "bounce" that feels like its propelling me along. They're not kidding when they say this insole has responsive cushioning. They are incredibly lightweight and comfortable. They fit easily in my running shoes, and also fit in husband's just as well. It's a simple way to upgrade my shoes without buying a new pair.

Well made, with great arch support. I have high arches and these Spenco Propel insoles give me amazing support. I use them in running shoes and everyday shoes that do not give me enough support. Gives you a little pep in your step!

Spenco Propel Insoles are great for running. I love how easy they are to use and they make running feel easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone that loves running, working out and light insoles.

My feet are thanking me! The Propel insoles have been was amazing for my feet. The insoles are not thick so they are easy to fit in any shoe and I can feel the comfort right alway. Great product.

I was not sure if I would like these insoles but I was wrong. They slide right into your shoe and immediately I could feel the difference. I stand alit daily so this has helped my feet not hurt like they used to but my back is supported better and it does not hurt either. Loving them!

I've tried this new shoe soles on my old tenis and they feel like new again, great arch support and they are adjustable with your shoe size, just measure and cut. This is a great way to keep using your favorite running shoes.

These insoles couldn't have come at a better time! My husband's hunting boots were in need of new insoles and lo 'n behold Propel insoles were in my mailbox. I handed them to my husband (he thought it was a magic act - lol). No need for alteration, he inserted them in his boots and out the door he went. After a day of hunting and hiking he came home praising the new insoles; his feet were happy. He plans to get some for his work boots, too.

I was impressed with how light weight Spenco Propel Insoles while still cupping my heel and supporting my arch. I can't say that I ran any faster, but I did feel less strain on the arch of my foot and did feel more comfortable overall compared to before using the insoles. I would purchase in the future for new running shoes and would recommend to those on their feet all day or do run/walk on a regular basis.

Spenco Propel Insoles are excellent and great for active runners, walkers and daily activities. I definitely see a difference in active performance with these insoles. I absolutely recommend

Very comfortable and fit perfectly inside my sneaker. I like that it doesn't give me a hard time to put inside. It's true to its benefits. I wear size 6 in Nike sneaker in boys. The material is soft but hard at the same time but I recommend because comfortness.great for running, long walks, jogging and working as well.

Great arch support for runners. They are very comfortable and easy to fit in your athletic shoe. I have noticed much less foot pain because of these insoles. They are of high quality and durability. I am very impressed with the Spenco brand. I have told all of my runner and gym rat friends about them.

my husband work more than 10 hours everyday in automobile industry he change few times shoes in year, this is first time we trying to replace shoe insoles the result is very amazing, this Insoles has good arc support, & perfectly fit in work shoes, it provides good cushion support.

These are very comfortable and lightweight. I use them in my running shoes and in my walking shoes. My feet are so thankful for these inserts! No more aches and pains. I can now run comfortably!

The Spenco Propel insoles were a great product to use. I wear a size shoe anywhere from 11 to 12 and these insoles went in great. I would say after a few hours of wearing them in they felt like part of my sneaker. When I ran on the treadmill I felt that I had some extra bounce to my step. I was able to pick up a little pace and my feet did not seem to tire as quickly as they sometimes do. When I was jogging the heel especially felt nice and protective because of the supportive heel cup.

These are so different than what I'm used too. The inergy foam is nothing like I'm used too but so comfortable. These are very supportive and fit great in my sneakers. No matter how much I run, walk, or bounce these insoles keep my feet feeling great.

So I was gifted these awesome insoles so I gifted them to my husband and he loves them. He litterly put them right in his boots and said I needed these so bad. He was super excited and hes been wearing them for 3 days now and he keeps saying how good they feel so thank you Spenco and Home Tester Club for making my husband so happy.

I'm on my feet all day, especially walking in my athletic shoes, that i need some good insoles, that really work & provide soft foam cushion where my feet won't hurt. These Spenco Propel Insoles provide with me enough cushion & foam, that my feet feel i'm walking on a cloud. Not only that these insolos provide me with energy, so i can move faster & comfortable. Lightweight feel, not heavy at all. Good foot alignment. Doesn't slide off my feet. Good quality insoles, that really are effective.

Spenco Propel Insoles are the most comfortable insoles on the market! I run a lot and found that my tennis shoes needed extra support. These insoles worked so perfectly that I could run a lot farther in less time and my feet fell fabulous afterwards! They had the perfect cushion for my shoes and feet! I highly recommend these to the casual walker, runner or even marathoner! Great product and I highly recommend buying these for yourself or a friend that does a lot of walking or running!

I have flat feet problems to start with,and ever since my job requires me to stand on my feet for my 12hr a day 4 days a week.Well I've purchased a few pairs of different shoes and my feet still ache.Now that I've been using these inserts in my shoes,let me tell you,what a huge relief.My feet ache a tad still,but nothing like they used to hurt.These are the best things that ever happened to my feet,thank you inserts

The Propel works great. I'm a jogger and my feet hurt afterwards. These are soft and comfortable. My feet feel great afterwards.

I inserted the Spenco Propel Insoles into my size 10.5 shoes and the insoles were slightly too big for the shoes even though the package was marked Mens 10 - 11.5. Regardless when I put my foot in the shoes the insoles went into position and they made my feet feel better compared to walking without the insoles.

Made my running shoes feel like a different pair! My feet and legs felt less taxed. Every step felt like was getting more energy out of each step.

Fit my shoe comfortably and feels good for my feet. Wear it mostly during activities.

Spenco Propel Insoles are really comfortable. I work on my feet all day on concrete and since using the insoles I come home from work pain free, great product.
