For a person without arches, Spenco Propel Insoles helped. It supported my lack of arch, feel cushiony, and easy to insert.

These a re the best insoles I've ever had for soccer cleats. I have literally tried 15 different pairs of insoles and these are the ones that work the best!

I am so pleased with these insoles. The comfort that they provide is undescribable a I have a foot problem and can barely walk on a hard floor without any cushion. I now play Pickleball and enjoy doing many fun things with my family. thank you!.

The Spenco Propel Insoles, are a great asset to own. I enjoy the added comfort, and routine satisfaction. I use the insoles daily, and I noticed I have less body pain. My joints and back feel much better, because of the Spenco Propel Insoles.

These insoles are exactly what I was looking for. They provide just the right amount of cushion I need to be able to wear my shoes all day without my feet aching. They are easy to put in my shoes and can be worn in many style shoes.

Like always, when trying a new insole product, I had my doubts. Multitude of claims by companies only make it much harder to actually find a great pair that live up to the hype. Well, these do! They slide into my sneakers no problem and provided the great support that I need and want while running. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis in the past and know how important insoles should provide a comfortable good fit and arch support. I would recommend this insole for all.

Spenco Propel Insoles fit perfectly into my shoes. They help support all the curves of my feet, giving me a good foundation for standing a majority of the day. I feel like I'm walking on a cloud using these insoles!

As a runner, I enjoyed trying these insoles. They make running more comfortable, and they fit in my shoes great.

I was a bit skeptical with the support that this product offered due to how lightweight it was. To my surprise, the foam is very bouncy almost. Very stiff but bounces back to its shape. Very good support as well!!

These spenco propel insoles are of excellent quality and are quite durable. They were very easy to fit inside my sneakers. I walk a lot so a pair of comfortable insoles is a must. My feet are no longer as sore now after walking. I would highly recommend these.

Spenco insoles are very lightweight. They were engineered for the right support from heel to toe. They were very form fitting and went in both my pair of shoes easily. They are working better than memory foam which do not last long these are definitely more durable.

I loved these insoles. My feet felt so so relaxed and not as stiff after a long day at work.

The foam cushion in these insoles are comfortable and give you that extra push when you run. They are so soft that when you land your feet on the ground it's like stepping on a cloud. I have purchased expensive running shoes in the past and basic running shoes, adding these insoles in any running shoe definitely increases your performance, while keeping your feet comfortable and healthy. I highly recommend to all runners.

The Spenco Propel Insoles help provided needed comfort and support while running. At first I was unsure if they would help with any, but the more I wore them the better my body felt. Give them a couple of days and wear to get them feeling great and helpful. I recommend this for any runners out there who need extra support.

These insoles are so comfortable. There great for running or jogging and also perfect for everyday use. They absorb so much impact while running and save a lot of wear on your feet. Easy to cut and size for a perfect fit. I'm on my feet for a large portion of the day and they have helped my sore feet so much! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great insole for exercise or anyone with sore feet in general!

I like the Spenco Propel Insoles. They were easy to put in my shoes. They are comfortable to wear.

Most people probably wouldn't be putting these in their cowboy boots but if you live on a farm you would be amazed at how much insoles help your feet and back. I do a lot of running and walking in cowboy boots and these insoles fit perfectly in my boots. That is something that is rare to find. They give just the right amount of cushion , without sliding around in my boots. It is like they were made to fit them. This is the best pair of insoles I have had yet.

I put the Propel insole in my shoe and off I went to jogging. They are so comfortable it was like running on air I recommend this product to one that love to run. You will be surprised at how it feels

My husband is on his feet at work all day he walks about 25,000 steps daily, he usually complains about his feet hurting and how most insoles don't do much for him. Well so far since he added the Propel insoles he has not complained once, he said "they are incredibly comfortable" I just hope they last a while.

This was my first time using insoles, and they are fantastic! I was running and somehow injured my heal, and after the injury the shoes normal support wasn't supporting my foot enough. The Propel Insoles fit perfectly in my size 8 sneaker and provide my feet with support and a hug that gives my step an extra boost as well. I feel like I'm waking on air or a bouncy floor when I am wearing these. They are surprisingly thin and flexible.

Recently started waitressing again and my feet were killing me so these came at the perfect time. Fit perfectly and are absolutely amazing!!
