These shoes feel like air! I love them for aerobics and pickle ball. I got the Starlight color and the men at Pickle Ball were all really admiring the color!

Fits like all NB shoes. Excellent support and stability. Not quite as soft as the 880 v 13.

Fits true to size. Helps with my heel pain. Feels like you are walking on clouds. Mass to last as well.

The materials and cushioning were great, and the size XW is perfect for bunions. I had to return them, though, because when I inserted my orthotics the shoes felt constricting. If you don't have orthotics, go for it!

These sneakers are so comfy!!! I have plantar fasciitis and my feet are very happy in these! They are lightweight too!

Update: I wrote a review about the 860 v13 black/white shoe fitting too small. I assumed the black dye caused the black/white shoe to fit smaller because some black dyes tends to shrink materials. Well, I exchanged the black/white shoe for this White/Light Gold Metallic color, and it fits perfectly. I also have the same shoe in the Blue/Steel, and it fits perfectly too. So, I believe the black dye is the reason the black/white fits small. I'm going to order the new color, Aluminum Grey/Quartz Grey. New Balance, could you please make a black/white athletic shoe that fits true to size.

I really wanted buy the blue steel color for spring/summer. It's a pretty color combination. Color options in size 11 ww are too limited. I read the reviews and some customers complained that the shoe fits narrow. I bought the men's 860 V13 in white instead. The men's shoe fits perfectly. I wanted the blue steel shoe so badly, but didn't want to return them, if they didn't fit. I don't like returning shoes. I asked a customer service rep what were her thoughts about the women's 860 V13 shoe. She said it's a good shoe, but I should buy the 11.5 ww. I bought it, and it fits just fine. Now I have a spring/summer shoe. Thanks to the Zappos customer service rep who helped me make this purchase.

OMG, they fit!! I read some of the reviews that said this shoe fits snug. So, I bought the men's Fresh Foam 860v13 ( size 10 ww) instead, and they fit perfectly. Lots of toe box room too, which I need because I fractured my 5th metatarsal and my foot swells. I really wanted this women's 860v13 blue steel for spring. I wear a size 11 ww and most shoe manufacturers don't officer nice colors in 11 double wide shoes. A customer service rep told me to try them. I did. To my surprise, they fit just fine. Not as roomy as the men's 860 v13, but close enough. I hope New Balance continues to make nice colors in double wide footwear. Thanks, New Balance.

They have been excellent, true to size and width, with just the right amount of arch support and cushioning.

NB is only shoe I wear as need narrow;I finally went up 1/2 size & bingo, got it right!

These are really comfortable and I think New Balance just works for me. I normally wear an 8.5 and it fit okay but a 9.0 was better.

New Balance Fresh Foam has been a consistently good shoe for me. I walk a lot and have a wide foot and appreciate good arch support. I like the lightweight top of the shoe. I would recommend.
