Really like these shoes but they were too big.

fit great. super supplortive . roomy toe box and narrow heal. perfect. But does wear out fast.

I’ve had several surgeries on both of my feet and shoes have been a constant challenge for me. This particular shoe was recommended by my orthopedic doctor. I am so happy I followed his advice. The fit and width are perfect for me and I’m able to wear them all day without my feet killing me by the end of the day. I have to wear shoes at home at all times because of my feet, so I am wearing these only indoors and bought another pair to wear outside.

Best sneaker I have ever put on. I've worn New Balance for years but may be a convert. My podiatrist recommended Hoka. So glad she did

These shoes are amazing! Had to. Sz up 1/2 sz. They hug your heels & support is nice:)

After reading all the reviews I sized up half size and went with a wide. I got a 10.5 wide and these fit so comfortably right out of the box. I have a pair of Brooks that I absolutely love but decide to shop around and try something new. I also have flat feet, so I always look for shoes with stability. I haven’t taken these for a run yet, so if anything changes I will update my review. For now I am very happy with the fit and can’t wait to try them.

My podiatrist said this is the exact shoe she would have suggested I order for my new custom orthotics (bad bunion, arthritis). They felt great right out of the box, though my bunion still hurts, it's not the shoes fault. It's very soft and plain in that area, which is what we need for bunions.

They are made very well, I enjoy using these shoes due to their comfort and how they look. They're pretty adorable.

Love the wide toe box on these shoes. My toes can wiggle again! New Balance rarely disappoints on this issue & I'll be buying another pair.

My third year in NB after Mizuno redesigned my favorites and they didn't work for me anymore. Great shoes for those of us with joints that benefit from shoes with stability control.

This is my second pair of New Balance Fresh Foam and I continue to be pleased with the fit, function and fashion statement. I will buy again.

As someone mentioned in an earlier review, the Blue-Steel color (D) runs much wider than the black and white shoe in a D width. I had to return this shoe due to the width, but am happy with the black and white model in D width. I find the support and cushion of the 860v13 is very similar to the Brooks Ariel but it has a 12mm toe drop whereas the New Balance has a 10mm. I like both shoes but my back will start to hurt after a few hours of wearing the Ariel. I had stopped wearing Brooks years ago because they don't offer many choices of a 8-10mm heel to toe drop. I'm a walker and my left foot has a bunion and arthritis in the arch. This shoe, along with an OTC insert, gives me the right amount of cushion, support and stability plus, the pain in my thigh and hip pain disappeared after a week of better foot support.

At last! An athletic shoe that fits my short, wide foot with a high instep and provides excellent cushioning. Thank you to reviewers who advised ordering up a half a size if you wear an extra wide. I did this (normally a 6 ww, and I went up to 6-1/2) and the shoes fit very well with plenty of room in the toe box. I am recently retired and began attend aerobic and strenthening exercise classes, and the first time I wore these shoes, I noticed that I was far less stiff and achey afterwards. I have rheumatoid arthritis that has begun affecting my feet and this with the 4th athletic shoe I tried and it's a winner. I don't normally share all this, but I've found it so helpful when others with similar issues comment on how shoes work for them.

Great shoes fit is perfect felt great right out of box. I love them has exact support I needed for my entire foot. I live NB shoes but these just became my favorite. And love the black tongue and black laces, they keep the shoes looking great and looks nice against the white shoe.

My 860 New Balance Running shoes are perfect!

My 4th pair! I am usually a size 8.5, but always get a 9 in NB shoes. Love them!

Loved how this shoe felt from the moment I tried them on. Also liked the lilac color.

I had to order a half size larger than normal in the extra wide in order for them to fit me comfortably but they are great!

FINALLY!! After trying Many many shoes (at least 20 or more pairs) I finally found a pair of sneakers that fits well and has good support. The only reason comfort got 4 stars is because I dont know how durable the support will be long term but so far I am delighted! :D THANK YOU ZAPPOS!!

Super comfy, true to size/fit

I usually wear a 9, but in running shoes, I always prefer a 10. The 10 in these is perfect.

I adore these sneakers! Felt like they’re made for my feet. Good feel in the arch, stays seated on the heel (no rubbing), nice open toe box. And tops on the Hrushka shoe list!
