I sent up 1/2 a size when I ordered them. They were still too small, so returned them. They color was great, and had the shoe fit well I would have kept them.

I have only worn the OLD 860 shoe before the Fresh Foam ones. The Fresh Foam version has too much stiff padding around the ankle. I am going to have to find another stability shoe.

I own these sneakers in white so I assumed getting another color would be easy. The fit is very different. I am an 8W and the toe box on this sneaker was narrower and shorter. I felt the difference immediately. I am so disappointed.

I wish they fit better. I usually wear normal width. However, these shoes are narrow. It's hard to get the laces just right, either too tight on top of my foot, or when loosened the heel comes up when walking. Too much trouble getting them to be comfortable. And the laces are cheap. I need a cushioned stability shoe. These won't do.

I LOVED New Balance 860v11 and 860v12 … they were great stability shoes with a very roomy toe box which did not crowd my toes or rub against my small bunion. The 860v13 is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I have to force my foot into it, cannot wiggle my toes, and it feels tight throughout. I can’t wait to get home and take these shoes off!! Now, I just got back from the New Balance store where I compared the v13 to the new v14, and they have incorporated the wide toe box into the 860 again. I BLEW $110 on the v13 shoes and I cannot get that money back now that I have worn them. After owning two pairs previously, I expected the v13 to be the same. So much for expectations! I’m attaching a photo of all 4 versions … you can clearly see that V13 is narrower with a smaller toe box.

After less than two months the top of the right shoe ripped apart after normal wear.

Comfy shoes, they keep my feet comfortable all day at work in a dental office.

Have these in 3 different colors. Excellent fit and support especially for wide feet at top and with bunions.

Best shoe ever for walking on treadmill! The wide base gives good balance.

The New Balance shoes feel good and are very comfortable right out of the box. I have purchased several of the Fresh Foam X 860v13 and they alway feel good on my feet

I have two fractured toes and I couldn't fit into narrow, medium or wide shoes. The extra wide shoes worked so well for both feet. I hiked 2 miles uphill without any pain! I got the black and now waiting for the white pair to be restocked.

Love the color & fit of these shoes. The toe box is wide enough for my wide feet & the cushioning is just right for my cardio activities.

This is my fifth pair of New Balance 860s. I use them for moderate running and walking (<3 miles at a time), both outdoors and on treadmills. I have weak arches and I can wear these without an additional insole. Great support and cushion. I replace every 2 years or 500 miles.

This was my first pair of NB Fresh Foam shoes & I was pleasantly surprised on their supportive fit. Liked them so much, I ordered another pair in a different color!

I own several pairs of these shoes - all in different colors. I use them for everyday wear, walking and exercise. Widest toe box I've found in shoes so far. Love them!

I wear these doing cardio/aerobics and love the underfoot cushioning they give me.

took the insole out and put in an orthotic and it fit great and was comfortable

I love these shoes! I use them for everyday wear as I'm a mom and constantly on the go,go,go As for sizing I'm usually a 61/2 in shoes but in active shoes I use a 7

Like the color and style. I got the wide because the standard width was not available. The wide width seems to work.

I really like this shoe, but I went up a size because it was suggested. I did not need to go up in size. My regular size would have fit fine.

The shoe is perfect, a summer replacement for the ones i have for the fall and winter. Same style shoe just lighter colors!
