I love these shoes. They are most most comfortable New Balance ever and I have worn New Balance for 30 years. I wear an 11 WW. It’s hard to find this size. I grab them when I can find them. These are so soft and supportive. They fit perfectly to size.

These shoes are true to size and width and feel wonderful! One of your people helped me pick them out and the customer service was outstanding.

I bought these for my mother. She is very pleased with the size width and arch support.

These are the most comfortable NB shoes I have ever had but was disappointed the mesh above the big toe area wore through.

A little wide

Theses were awesome shoes until the toe edging collapsed, causing pain in my toe and foot.

Liked the shoe, but it was too short and hit my big toe. I knew I would be a problem, so I am sadly returning it. I looked for a larger size to exchange, but nothing is in stock. I am on the waitlist for a larger size and hope Z gets some soon.

Had to go up half size. Width was good for toes.

As another reviewer mentioned, this shoe isn't horrible, as there's a decent amount of room in the toe box, a fair amount of cushion and arch support, but the fabric at the tip of the toes is so snug that it puts pressure on the big toe. It *might stretch out over time, OR the toe might just wear a hole in the top of the shoe. Going to try Altra shoes to see if they're a better fit

Cute shoes, but they were too high in the ankle area for me, and I thought they would rub there and be uncomfortable. Luckily the other pair I ordered were just fine! (880 v. 13)

The only problem was the soles worn out in 3 months. I walk about 10 miles a day was very disappointed in that. Spending all that money.

So tired of ordering what is listed as women's size shoe, and end up getting man's equivalent or uni sex. Women's feet are different than a mans. Men's size, foot is thicker, and heel larger. Have large feet for a women. Size 12. Size 12 too small, size 13 too large. When you get above a size 11, then only whole sizes available. Shoes probably true to size, just not my size

Product description said style is a half size smaller so I ordered a half size larger than my regular size. Also, ordered extra wide vs my normal width of wide. Shoe fit perfect. It did require some break in due to stability shoes are a bit stiffer.

Ordered my usual size and these are 1/2 size too short

It is okay, not great.

I really wanted to like these but they have this weird elastic on the inside by the arch that is attached to the tongue of the shoe and its really uncomfortable.

The tongue is shorter than I’m used to so nothing much to hold on to to put shoes on, plus the heel counter is very stiff. Difficult with my arthritic fingers. Once on, they seem ok. I just can’t do the putting on part.

Comfortable and good appearance. Especially for women like me with big feet!

Overall ok, but a bit high in the heel area for my foot. Caused some uncomfortable rubbing on my ankle bone.

Liked the styling but probably needed the 7.5 wide. Unfortunately, that wasn't available. Also, the stiff material around the top lace holes dug into my inner ankle bone on the left side.

1/2 size smaller. Band around the ankle is thick. Wearing them around the house to see if I’ll like but the pad inside is losing its film

Only complaint is sole is wore out after a few months.

This was slightly too small for me and just uncomfortable. Too bad because it is a cute color.
