I ordered 2 pair of Hoka Bondi 8 shoes. One pair was great. The other pair DID NOT APPEAR TO BE NEW. It was not boxed as usual with cardboard and paper inside the shoe. The lases were poorly done. The sides and top of the shoes we wrinkled. They did not have the firmness of new shoes. I will be returning the unsatisfactory pair.

I have owned Bondi's for several years now. I have loved them until my latest pair. I have worn them maybe 6 days walking 2-3 miles. They have already developed a hole in inside the back of the heel. It has caused a blister on the back of my heel. So sad yo see the more popular these become the quality is dropping. This is way to much money to have them fail this fast!

With the New Bondi, eight my balance is totally off I wouldn't be surprised if people had trouble driving and hitting the break because the weight of the sneaker. Very disappointed that made very wide. I wish I had something nicer to say however, I do like the color.

I actually really like this shoes and I have 4 pairs, but I had 3 pairs of shoes were made wrong. 1. Cushion high was different (right has more than left), 2. Toe box was more inward on right shoe, 3, Right inner material was sewed more towards to arch area and tongue was sit medial side. I bought shoes on 10/2, wore to break in for marathon on 11/4, after two weeks I developed heel pain and plantar fasciitis due to poor quality made of shoes.. I had to take back to fleet feet and talked to sales person and she definitely noticed that right shoe wasn't made correctly. Sad to say but I can't wear poor quality shoes that soooo expensive and I will not suggest my patients to buy HOKA anymore.

This model is very different from the 7 and 6; much less toe cushion and shorter in length.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever tried. I wore the navy pair in my house for a couple of hours, thinking they would “settle in” but they never did. These shoes just aren’t for me.

I had to return these Hoka Bondi 8 shoes. I have at least 7 pairs of Hoka Bondi 6's and 7's and love them. The 8's feel like I am walking on concrete and flair up my plantar fasciitis where the 7's & 6's helped my foot pain tremendously. I will have to leave Hoka's behind for good unless they change for the better with the future 9's. For now, I scour Ebay to find new Hoka Bondi 6's and 7's.

I loved my Bondi 7’s and needed a new pair. The 8’s have changed and the toe box is much more narrow -even in a “D” width. After trying to go up a full size, I couldn’t make them work. So sad.

Following size chart, I went with my usual size 9 I was skeptical as I am a 39 EU and Hoka size 9 is 41.2 EU The toe area is huge If you have a narrow fit like me I would suggest going down a 1/2 size.

Shoes arrived clearly as returned shoes. Don't even bother cleaning up to fake as a new pair of shoes. The right shoe has lace loosed up for trying on and untied, and bottom has hair on it which is really disgusting. Right side is a lot looser than the left side. Tissue papers used for stuffing the shoes were not stuffed in and just sit inside the box. The inside packing paper is all rippled and torn.

While my back and knees feel better after wearing these for a couple of days, they are killing my feet. The outer sides of my feet are so sore from wearing them, I can't stand to even put them on. Now they have been worn so I can't return them. Very unhappy.

This is a lot of shoe! Too much for me to run in. Also, the arch felt particularly hard under my flat feet. They're going back.
I usually wear a 10 and the 10 felt true to size. Width is good for wider feet.

very disappointed.....the shoes arrived used. soles of sneakers were embedded with dirt. obviously worn outdoors several times by someone and then returned and re sold. i won't order again for fear of this happening again

I agree with the other reviewers that the fit is different than the Bondi 7. My usual size in the Bondi 8 was too narrow and hurt my feet when walking. I tried my usual size in the wide width and the shoes were too wide.. my feet kept sliding around.
