I returned these shoes BECAUSE I NEED HOKA ONE-ONE BONDI 7s!! I WAS TOLD BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT YOU NO LONGER MAKE THEM. I NEED THAT CUSHIONING FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS, ARTHRITIS IN KNEES , AND HIP BURSITIS. I feel like I'm shouting but you're not hearing!! Why would you stop making a shoe that works so well? I guess I need to try other brands and I was a VERY loyal HOKA customer.

Bought these for work after hearing good things from other postal employees. They weren't right for me . Wore them half a day and made my back hurt !

I have the Bondi's and the Stinson 6 ATRs. The Stinsons are my favorite shoes I've ever owned. The Bondis, however, are the worst pair I've ever owned. The heel has completely broken down, wearing on my heel, it pulls my socks down and i have no stability in the heel at all. My arches also cramp whenever I have these shoes on. They don't do that with any other shoe and have never done that regardless. I'm a very active person with my job in medical device sales and do NOT recommend these shoes.

This shoe came highly recommended so without any hesitation I made the purchase, however this shoe did NOT work for me. Here's the specifics, if you stand/walk around for 6 plus hours ONLY to sit down for a 30 lunch break then this shoe will NOT work.

I have purchased and returned this shoe twice. The first time, I thought it was a defective shoe which dug into my right heel and also squeaked when I walked. I am now returning the 2nd pair for the same reason except both shoes squeak. I also am not a fan of the redesign where the sole is much wider than in the past. I am a faithful buyer of Hoka shoes--have 6 pairs in my closet right now but the Bondi 8 is a failure. Take a look at the reviews and bring back the 7s.

For the last 2 years Hoka has made the tie box more narrow than the pairs I had before. I always get a wide but the shoes are like a regular width was a couple of years ago. I wish they wouldn't ruin a good thing. I can't wear them anymore so I'm looking for another brand.

I had very high hopes for these shoes after reading tons of positive reviews but after only 4 hours of walking in these shoes, my feet were in so much pain I couldn't bare to wear them again. In fact, my feet were sore and aching for at least 2 weeks afterwards. I've heard that Hoka shoes require certain foot shapes, so I guess my feet aren't the right kind of shape for them. So so sad.

I've gotten blisters on the side of my pinky toes.

It feel super cloudy but when you run for +5km the edges of the sole create blisters, wouldn't recommed

This is a hot hard shoe that was not what I expected- the mesh is not breathable so I ended up with sweaty wet feet & the soles are supposed to provide cushion when you walk like they did 3 + years ago & I felt none. Not recommended

I wore them with thin no show socks and they felt a little snug. Next time was with warm socks and could not make it over an hour they were so tight across the toes and sides of toes. None of my others 4 pairs are tight.

I've had the various Bondi models for years. I went to go upgrade and can't get past how hideous these look!!! Why!!?? Why change something if it's not broken!?? They're so very ugly and heavy. What a disappointment.

Why mess with a great thing?!!! Bring back the 7! This shoe doesn't work!

Left shoe feels great. right shoe, shoe things off. Feels like the arch is poking upward. I feel like I've broken them in but I'm not wearing them because of the right shoe.

I have been wearing the Bondi 7 HOKA's and absolutely love them. Now that they are no longer available, I tried the Bondi 8, but I am extremely disappointed with the new model. First, they are way too narrow in the mid foot, and in addition, they lack the, nice bouncy feeling of the Bondi 7. They are very rigid and uncomfortable. I have foot pain, leg, pain, and back pain, and the Bondi 7 was the perfect shoe for me, but the Bondi 8 does not work at all.

I ordered the Gaviota 4 and they were awful. I'm on my feet almost 10 hosts a shift and my heels hurting so much I could barely put weight on them. I sent them back and got the Bondi. I didn't get the Gaviota 5 because the colors were hideous and it's too much $ to hate how they look. I'm having the same issue with these. I'm in so much pain. So, I'll be sending these back and wear 1 of my 3 Gaviota 3s until they figure this out.
