Very uncomfortable couldn't wait to take them off Forced me to the outside of my foot which is sensitive

I bough a Bondi 8 WIDE but it was a disaster and do not met my expectations. It tied my toes so much that was impossible to walk with them despite of it was a WIDE one. It was not the size it was hard inside and after 10 minutes walking with them, my toes were so tight and numb, TERRIBLE experience! I returned for refund on last 01-09-2024 BY USPS but until now no answer at all, no refund, nothing!

Bought the hooka and now I have blisters on left lower part of my heel

So disappointed. These were my go-to repeat buy but I fear quality has changed. I bought the same size as always and felt like somehow the insole was too small and created a ridge that rubbed my foot and left a mark. Very uncomfortable. I the insole out and found that it was a 9-10.5 sized insole. Same in each shoe. Why is Hoka using 10.5 insoles in an 11 shoe?

After wearing these shoes for four hours, it squeezed my baby toe and it was painful I have a already shipped them back and I believe you probably received the Hoka tennis shoes by now and probably processing them and I will receive my refund. I guess I've learned now that I must go to a store to actually try on the shoes that you do have to walk around in them for a while to really find out if they're the right fit I know a lot of people have these shoes and they're really happy with them. I go walking everyday and these are just too clunky.

I recently bought this shoe online after trying it on at a store. The shoe came in and just walking in them killed my feet. I also decided to go for a short run to see how I felt and the sole of the shoe wasn't placed right and dug into the inner part of my foot leaving blisters. I understand a shoe needing to be broken into, but these were miserable to wear. I reached out to the support team to get a refund with a return and express my concerns and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed.

Very uncomfortable. The description states plush but they are not. My feet hurt after wearing them only 1 hour. I've purchased other styles of Hoka and they were awesome! These are not. The color is nice. I just wish they were comfortable.

I bought the shoes a few months ago and started having issues with my hips, ankle and knees, had no idea it was the shoes, in fact I started wearing the shoes thinking I was getting more support. Things got so bad that it was too painful to walk and i had huge knots on my ankles. FInally, a went to a doctor who told me that tons of people are coming in with similiar issues due to the Hokas because they change your arch and over time cause permanent damage. I called Hoka to be told they can give me discounts or credits towards a new pair, why would I want another pair that caused me soo much pain. I would not recommend Hoka to anyone, not even my worst enemy and their customer service is hoorible. Another fade that will go away, I hope soon before more people have permanent damage from them.

I have 10+ pair of the Bondi 7 and two pairs of the Bondi 8. I don't know if it they tried to cut cost and increase profits but the quality and comfort went wayyyy down from the Bondi 7 to the Bondi 8. They wear out faster, have less ankle support, and are not near as comfortable. I am super disappointed that the quality went down so much and hope that they bring back the Bondi 7.

I was excited about these shoes. I bought them for my trip that has lots of walking. The moment I put them on, it felt like the insole was cutting into my arch. I thought that maybe I needed to break them in. After a couple of painful days, I gave up. These shoes are not stable, and you wobble when walking. What a disappointment.

I have been wearing hoka's for many years- maybe 18? However this pair was a huge disappointment. I buy the same size every time- 9 medium but this time the shoe felt narrow and caused pain and bruising in my feet. I guess my journey with Hoka's is over. I can't afford to pay this much for bad shoes

Didn't think this was possible with Hoka but for some reason this version on the Bondi aggravated my plantar fasciitis. Every time I wore them it flared up. Bondi 7 was fine and helped with it like Hokas normally do but something about the 8 went wrong for me.

Unfortunately I never got a chance to run with these. As soon as I put them on I noticed that the arch support was off. It was digging into my arches. I knew that if I actually ran with them I'd get blisters. I liked that it was light and that the heels felt great but the arch support was painful. Please do not buy.

Bought one pair for myself and one for my husband. Unfortunately we had to return both of them. The sides of the insole REALLY cut into our feet (we both purchased wide yet had this problem). Additionally, the materials felt much much cheaper than previous versions of the Bondi. Bondi 7 was amazing, hope they bring it back.

I really wish you would bring back the bonds 7. This version is shorter in the length and less roomy all around. It throws my gait off and is not as cooshy as the bondi7. It's heavier too
