They were definitely not as comfortable as I thought they would be, especially for the price.

I've been wearing Bondi for several years. However, this Bondi 8 doesn't have the cushion that the Bondi 7 does. What's up?????

I have worn Hoka Bondis for years and just assumed I could order the same size and all would be well. Sadly, Bondi 8 is terrible- shorter and narrower and not comfortable. Had to return them.

Unfortunately they weren't the right fit for me. The arch has so hard on my foot and I have read that you are not supposed to feel the arch on any shoe so I sent them back.

I have many many pairsOf HOKA Bondi and recommend to may patients everyday except now for the BONDI 87. The forfeit is not the same width as the Bondi 7.

these are not the Hoka typical wide size 7 1/2. they fit like a regiular size 6 1/2!

I can only use for work . I can't use to run in.

These shoes seem to fit tighter and my big toe presses against the top with every step. I need to send them back and find a better fitting walking shoe'

Worst shoes I have put on from hoka. I have the Bondi 7 and I wish I bought more when they had them. The 8's are nothing like the 7's. They are narrow on the middle, run smaller (shorter), and are not cushioned at all. If you are using these you are buying them for the cushion/comfort and rest assured there is none. I would have to go up a full size for these to fit the way the previous model fit. My knees kill in them and my feet hurt. I am so disappointed in Hoka for these shoes please bring back the Bondi 7. For reference I already wear a wide and even the wides were too narrow.

these were my first pair of hokas and i was SO excited to get them but they are easily the most uncomfortable shoes i have ever worn. let me preface this by saying i sized up AND got the wide version, assuming i'd have maximum comfort for running, but i couldn't even stand in these without feeling terrible. as soon as i put them on for the first time, i IMMEDIATELY could tell that there was a major design flaw. they should specify that the only thing wide about the shoe is the toe box and the base. the middle sole where your foot rests is ridiculously narrow and basically the inside middle part of my foot was resting on the hard part. my feet aren't even THAT wide. i'm 4'11 with a 5.5 size foot and i don't ever really have issues with shoes fitting me weird but these were so bad. i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and walked for an hour in them, and unfortunately, i will be returning them. i had read plenty of review complaining of a ridiculously high arch and i don't think it's the arch, it's whatever else this is but whatever it's formally called is moot at this point. just know that it's uncomfortable. now, i didn't come to just slander the shoe. it's beautiful and i so badly wanted to love it but if you are looking for comfort or something you can actually run and walk in, this shoe is NOT it. not even a little bit.

Not as expected returned waiting for refund

I love my bondi 7 and thought there was no way to improve this shoe. I was excited when I did receive the bondi 8 until I tried them on. I wear a size 5 so shoes are hard to find in this size. The bondi 8 is a lot wider and just didn't fit right. Too wide. I'm hoping hoka will bring back the bondi 7. Bondi 7 is perfection. Can't improve on it.

First pair of Hoka sneaker. Love the color, however not a fan of the support. I feel like I am walking on a hard piece of form. Does not bend to the contour of my feet and run big towards the front and uncomfortable at the heel. Unfortunately, I do not think these sneakers are for me.

Way too narrow. Ordered wide and the toe box isn't wide at all. The rubber is wider around the show like you are wearing snowshoes but the toe box is still narrow if that makes sense. The shoes looked ridiculous. Sent back to exchange for my normal style the Clifton 9

Hoka sent me wide instead of the regular size I ordered. I needed the shoes that for weekend so just kept them. I think they are too big and not enough support and have now pulled a muscle/tendon in my foot. Disappointing

This was my third pair of Hoka shoes. Both the left and right shoes of the Bondis that arrived last week were extremely wrinkled and not comfortable. I thought I would try the Bondi based on the ratings. I am very disappointed. Of the four pairs I have, I am very happy with the Clifton 8. The heel feels like I am walking on a cloud. Wish I could find another Clifton 8 wide width.

I had to size down but still haven't received the shoe I purchased the shoe right after the New Year, returned it promptly (like around the 7th) and still haven't heard from the company; it's the 20th!! Called a few day ago and finally got an answer they received my return and to check back on the 25!? I mean; I was so excited for the shoes. Borrowed a pair of my mother-in-laws over Christmas and they were so comfortable.

I was so in love with my first Bondi. They were everything my feet had ever dreamed of. It was like walking on a cloud. My arthritis toes were ecstatic and I doubled my daily walking distance. The new Bondi 8 were on sale so I thought it was a good time to get a new pair. The inserts were like walking on cardboard and I felt like I was wearing wooden shoes. I don't understand why when something is a popular seller and people rave they have to change something that is so good. I did love the lilac color. My foot doctor was so happy I had already owned 9 pairs of HOKAS. He had his on too and we compared. The price has gone up insanely since doctors recommend these now. I will be giving my review to my foot doctor too who is recommending this shoe. I think I will have to go back to Merrill's

I bought a wide version but it was still too narrow and there was no arch support. Instead the sides dug in and it was very uncomfortable. Was hoping to use these shoes for my work as a nursing assistant but if I couldn't handle 10 minutes, how would I handle 10 hours? I immediately returned them.

I have Bondi 7bland grey color. I wanted something with more zip and ordered these. However, they cause me to pronate. After wearing them in the house, I sent them back. I am waiting for a refund.
