Had to return this adorable sneaker. The toe bed has a seam right where my toes sit. Very annoying. Got to say a dumb place to put a seam.

I'm a nurse and have always worn hokas. This pair I just got constantly squeaks with every step and it's so frustrating! Was hoping if I gave it a little time it would go away but it just has gotten worse :/

These shoes were very poorly made. They felt like a shoe you'd buy from TEMU or SHEIN. I am very disappointed in the quality of shoes from HOKA the last year or so. I just bought my first pair of Brooks and am now leaning toward buying Brooks from now on. The difference in quality is now obvious.

I saw you for 3 months with them and the sole has begun to take off.

The color on the site photos is a rich olive green. In reality these are a very faded, ugly olive. I would've never ordered if I knew it looked this hideous. I've worn them a few times because I desperately needed new sneakers. The left arch digs into my foot painfully after walking a bit.

Initially, I fell in love with these and was raving about them to everyone. I kept 2 styles, and also bought them for both my adult sons for an upcoming trip. After wearing them for just a month, the shape of the sole changed dramatically so that my toes were smashed when walking. I am 5'7 140 so not a lot of excess compression, they are just soft soles but this ultimately affects the performance, don't know what to call it but workmanship. When I mailed them back for a workmanship refund, I was not refunded for those, even though one pair was still new and even though I purchased a replacement in a larger size hoping to resolve the problem. The full size larger has developed the same issue, so I'm sending them Bach. I would appreciate better customer service, Hoka. I should be issued a credit for the previous pairs. Disappointed

The shoes would have been perfect if they were not used. The shoes were clearly worn and returned. This is the 2nd pair of Hoka’s I’ve had to return because I was sent used shoes. This is so unfortunate, because I will probably never order from Zappos again.

I bought these to hike in Alaska during a cruise and found that I couldn't wear them longer than an hour. My feet were very fatigued after wearing them for 20 minutes or so. I don't know if it's how I was gripping with my toes or the fact there was not support in the middle which made my flat feet very fatigued after walking a bit. I came home and put them in the box. Just not for me.

I ordered these March 5, along with another pair. Both were returned to exchange for another size. The other pair is supposed to be delivered today, but these seem to have been lost in the cracks. No acknowledgement that they were received and so far, no notice that they are being exchanged. I am supposed to wait 15 days until I next inquire as to the status of the shoes. I will not need them after April 1st as I am leaving for a hiking trip to CA. I think I need to buy another pair locally.

I've added photos that include the Anacapa and Hokas I've had for 3 years. I purchased the Anacapas in October 2023 and can count on my hands how many time I have used them compared to the obviously worn pair. There is an uncomfortable rubbing at the base of the big toe of both shoes and the material itself is very harsh overall. Skeptical about future purchases based on this design.

Very narrow shoe, tight on your feet. I prefer the Clifton 7 shoe, the Clifton 7 is the best shoe I have purchased from you and I have puchased 8 pairs of Hoka shoes.

I got really bad Achilles tendon pain with these shoes. I own another pair of HOKAs, slightly different style and love them. But there is something with this model that has hurt my ankles pretty badly. I kept wearing them and walking on them through two trips, they are soft and good for long walks. But it has been over a month, I have done stretching and therapy but I do not recover from the Achilles tendon pain. I am so sorry to have to return them but they do really hurt my feet. I think t may be the extra yellow-orange strap or the fact that the heel does not seat higher the ball of the foot, but at the same level or below

I can't say much because they run small. I wear a women's 11 in the Clinton's so I bought the same size for these but they run about a half size smaller and don't offer an 11.5, so I had to return them.

Shoes were uncomfortable. I had to return. Also, sizing is off the shoes run small (by a whole size).

Purchased several hiking/trail shoes online because stores in my area do not carry them. Could not even get my wide foot into this shoe. Please start making trail shoes for wide feet.
