Shoe will not open for a wide foot , had to return

They are extremely hard to get on and off. They do not provide any type of arch support and they feel like a cheap shoe

Could not get my foot into the shoe. I will be returning all three of them

The shoes are great. But the experience was horrible and not over yet. They were too big so I needed to send back for a smaller size. There was nowhere on the site to do an exchange, only a return. So I chatted with someone online who supposedly noted in my order to resend a smaller size once returned. I never got a confirmation email of the return and nothing shows up in my account online now either. Now even my original order is gone from my account history. After waiting a while I called to check on it and found out they have a 7-8 days turnaround for exchanges...on December 13th! So now it will not be here in time for the holiday gathering I need it for. This is why I ordered it so early to begin with.

Never remember seeing a M/W width listing for a shoe before. It's either medium or it's wider. Which is it??

I want to know if I can still return this shoes. My pair is very uncomfortable. The soul, the sides, everything in my shoes hurts. I am very disappointed with my pair. I have referred a lot of people to buy JM shoes and they also sing praises about their experience. This is my first pair of JM shoes and I'm regretting every bit of this purchase. I would like a return and a repurchase of a different pair because I can't accept that this is how JM shoes feels.

Problem with fit

There is a seam in the side of these shoes which creates a ridge that rubs against both ankles. I didn't take long for bloodied cuts to result on my ankles. Given Johnston Murphy's reputation for high quality I was very surprised and disappointed.

i did not like this shoe at all as it was very uncomfortable especially in the heel where 2 pieces of fabric met. it rubbed my heel when walking in the shoes. i sent it back for an exchange to another JM shoe.

I ware your shoes exclusively. These shoes are wide for some reason and I did not order wide. I developed a blister on both feet after wearing them and that has never happened before with any of the shoes I've purchased from you before. I'm going to still be a loyal customer but I'm not a fan of these shoes.

Like most J&M shoes, these were way too wide for me. Why not make some shoes in narrow widths? I know there are many people like me with narrow feet would gladly buy J&M shoes if they only fit.

Terrible. My husband could not fit his size 11.5 foot into shoe because there is no tongue on the shoe. We had better not been charged for return shipping since the style is defective!!!

The sole is falling apart after wearing them the second day. Very expensive shoe to be such poor quality.

I really wanted to love these shoes but they gave me a very bad blister on my heel.
