Can a shoe be too light? Hat certainly seems to be the case here. Just feels cheap. The laces started to decompose after two weeks. Who tries to save money by making cheap shoe laces? I've been a customer for years but can't recommend this product

I have many pairs of J&M shoes. All are the same size. This shoes runs a half to full size small. Because I wore them and figured this out they are not returnable.

Nice shoe but runs big. I returned the shoe and I'm waiting to hear from you on how to exchange. How long does it take for someone to respond? There is no exchange option. I put in my return reason I want to exchange. But no one has responded. Slow/poor customer service. Should have stuck with Olukai at least I know they fit

While the appearance of the shoes were appealing, the fit was uncomfortable in the toe area. I have other J&m shoes that have fit just fine. I have returned these shoes with the enclosed shipping return label.

The shoe works great.....however, after two weeks of use, it appears the insole has shifted and is very uncomfortable as it feels as if there is something in my foot. I have owned multiple pairs of Murphy shoes and this is the first time this happens. Any suggestions?

Zappos - you sent me what was obviously some one's return. No original manufacturer's box , shoe laces were halfway done and the shoes were scuffed all over. Incredibly disappointed that you chose to send someone else's shoes.

Shoe fit well, was comfortable, and looks good. Unfortunately after wearing it about 5 times the side started separating from the bottom. Maybe the glue is failing? Disappointing. Returning for a refund.

The heel interior of the pair I purchased had a pronounced seam that caused painfully bad blisters in just one day of use.
This may be an uncommon manufacturing defect, or a fundamental design flaw. The latter seems likely since the stiching didn't appear flawed upon initial inspection.
