I ordered new Upton shoes. What I received in the immaculate shoe box was disgusting. An old pair of previously WELL worn Upton shoes. So disappointed with Johnston & Murphy.

Very comfortable shoe. I really like the look and feel. Im going to get another pair in a different shade (if they have it).

Look nice, added arch supports, now very comfortable. The laces are 2 long.

I purchased this shoe online. Was not sure what to expect. But needed a comfortable shoe before heading to a conference where a lot of pavement pounding was in my future. The goal was comfort, with some style while maintaining a professional look. I was not disappointed with the comfort but it did take a couple of days to break in. I fully expected some period. However, they are very comfortable though a bit too narrow for my feet. A shoe size with a W on the end is normally a bit too wide for my feet. Only gripe...the white sole. Why not brown? I prefer the classic business shoe look, to this more "modern" shoe. Don't let this stop you though. I'm a happy customer.

I like these shoes because they have soles that are resilient and hence comfortable to walk in. They also have a good style and I like their appearance as well. Paul

These shoes are good looking, comfortable and lightweight but they scratch very easily. I work in an office all day, rarely travel for work and I rotate them with at least 6 or 7 other pairs of shoes but they already have marks on the bronw leather them that may not come out.

These shoes are very comfortable and easy on the feet. If you have to be on your feet for an extended period of time, this is the shoe. My son works at a clothing store where hes on his feet all day and hes borrowing them all the time.

Comfortable right out of the box!! So much so that I bought 3 different colors. That said, there seems to be a potential latent defect with the glue securing the left toe tip of the sole. All three colors have run into a slight issue of the the rubber separating. A drop or two of superglue offers a quick fix or you can use the exceptional customer service route and send them back for repair.

A little uncomfortable in the heel but I suspect that will wear in nicely. The sole and upper are very comfortable and, at least in my opinion, they look sharp.

Like the shoes very comfortable once theyre broke in

4th pair of J&M shoes but this is the most comfortable shoe that Ive ever owned! Actually went up a half size and that allows me to wear heavier cotton and wool socks. Keep up the good work! PS: they actually arrived in 2 days!

Good looking shoe. I have been wearing J&M shoes for years and always ordered a size 9 that fit great. Ordered a size 9 in this shoe and fit is a bit tight. Hoped shoes would break in to usual fit. However, so far no luck, fit is still tight.

These shoes create the perfect dress casual look for my husband who loves wearing walking shoes as casual shoes even when they are not the right look. These shoes look good on him and are so comfortable he wears them - even when I dont ask him to. I think he gets it. ;)

These shoes are very comfortable. The perfect color and very lightweight. They are styling for any occasion. They are J&M at their best!

Veryyy comfortable, the cushioning is great. I use them with any attire, casual or dressy. The fit is perfect. I like the shoe a lot. Use them almost daily.

We loved the shoes!! But my husband needed a different size. And you didnt have his size! Sent shoes back so easy to send back!! We will try buying again!
