I have probably owned over 20 pairs of J&J shoes. These are the most comfortable pair Ive ever had.

Solid shoe. Don't feel as high quality as other JM shoes but that may just be their attempt at a lightweight shoe, which these are. I'd buy again.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes in my closet at the moment. They fit true to size and feel great for all day wear going from meeting to meeting. Even better that I dont have to change shoes before heading to dinner. These shoes are truly comfortable enough for the entire day.

The shoe was too narrow. We were supposed to receive a replacement shoe but never arrived. Still waiting for resolution.

I've purchased a lot of work shoes over my years and this one is by far my favorite. It looks dressy enough for business casual and casual enough for jeans. This shoe is the most comfortable pair I own from J&M. I wish they had this exact shoe in black (with the white sole).

Just absolutely love this shoe. My favorite to wear dressy and casual. I have it in brown and black. I get compliments ALL the time on this shoe. Tell everyone to get the J&M version, it is the best comfort and quality. Lance

I have been wearing J & M bucks for at least 30 years. A very comfortable all around shoe for dress or casual but I will never purchase a pair with a green sole. Why ruin a winner? Very disappointed in Boston!

I own five or six pairs of Johnston & Murphy shoes. This is the first pair that didnt require break-in. I took them out of the box and wore them for 10 hours, standing up all day. Extremely comfortable. A great look with jeans or casual pants.

These shoes are so comfortable from the first step. I own many pairs of shoes from Johnston & Murphy and have never been disappointed. The quality and fit are amazing. Ive tried other brands but keep coming back.

Love them!! Like all J & M shoes, very comfortable, love the style and get lot of compliments!

The J&M shoe I actually wanted - the Howell Plain toe - was discontinued and this was the most similar item in the new J&M catalog. The Upton is less comfortable and less classy while somehow also more formal. I would return it if I could. I'll be looking for another brand.

This shoe replaces a not so old pair that was well liked. White soles are easy to mess up and more difficult to clean which is why I move to The Upton Plain Toe. The shoe is nice and comfortable and the sole does not show dirt so easily. *Note: some kind of cleaner that dose not mess up the leather and color etc. should be made available that works on the sole as well as the shoe surface.

We ordered 2 different colors and kept the darker which suits my husbands wardrobe better!

Advertised as Oiled Leather but they really aren't. Oiled leather would darken as they rub together, etc. They are really very "plasticky" and just scuff up. Very disappointed

These are treat and fit right Unforuntely i have ordered 3 pair of shoes in the last few week These fit great One pair is tiny and i cant get my foot it them The last pair is very snug and will be going back Who runs quality control and why is there no u uniformity to your sizing

Most comfortable of all the J&M's I've bought since I started shopping here again a few years ago (and I've bought a number). Little more of a Doc Marten look than I'd prefer, but there was "a little something" about all the ones I was deciding between for a black tennis shoe style dress shoe, and this is the one I opted for. Good overall.

Very comfortable, the leather is soft. Great shoes, love them!!!

Nice shoe with good fit. Whole transaction was very efficient. Very satisfied.

Had to return as too large. Replacement on back order for 2 months.
