Sent back as completely wrong boots in box :cry:

Had to return my second purchase sadly. Inside the heel one raised seam and below a ridge that would have caused a blister in no time. More raised in right boot than left. I have recommended your shoes to a friend but for now , for me , I hope I see my second refund hit my account quickly. Adore the look. Just wish I could have worn them

Beautiful boot however, could not put foot into the boot. Tight through the heel

I expected so much more from this boot. I wear a 7 1/2. Ordered the 8, narrow shaft. They are wide on my foot but too narrow for my skinny legs (shock) The quality is not great for a $500.00 boot. The zipper is very hard to zip up. Huge pass on this boot - returning.

Beautiful boots and great quality.

This boot was almost impossible to get onto my foot. Like I literally couldn't get it on because the heel stuck out inside the shoe. Once I got it on, it was very uncomfortable. I was extremely disappointed in this shoe especially at this price point.

Packaging beautiful. Craftsmanship top. Comfort terrible. High behind knee. Sole not soft. Zip digs in ankle when walking. Was so disappointed. Delivery was lost and late then Item wasn't scanned out. Not received refund yet. Overall experience has been negative. Was so looking forward to owning a pair. I'm tall. Thin ankles. Calves that measure a standard but we're super snug to point of discomfort.

Awful!!! Received the boots, one was a little marked. Couldnt get my barefoot into the shoe. Popped some tights on and couldnt zip the boots up. My husband had to help however when they finally did zip up they looked horrific. Ive got normal size legs a perfect fit according to customer care however these did not fit and were uncomfortable as well as making me feel terrible in myself. My skin hung over the top and hurt. I would have no chance getting these on with jeans. I emailed customer care who completely missed the point of the complaint I sent after sending the boots back which I did mention in my email. I was told the boots should be a perfect fit and to firstly put them on bare leg to stretch the fabric and then progress to tights - that would be a little tricky since I sent boots back. It was also I suggested I go up a size despite my calfs and feet being the perfect fit. Im a size 3 not a 4. My biggest issue was how these boots made me feel - Im a size 8 yet I felt couldnt fit in the boots. I felt like I was too big for the boots - no one should be made to feel like that and the customer care ignored this point! I have a couple of other pies of F&F ankle boots where a size 3 is fine. I will not be purchasing any more boots from this brand simply because of your awful customer care response- arrogant , dismissive and disrespectful to how I felt!

Returned. Massively disappointed as there was no way of my foot was going into these boots and Ive always had slim feet. No high instep and not fat and if had got them on how the hell was I going them off?

The boots themselves are of high quality and look great. However I unfortunately had to return mine and wanted to get a bigger size, but a week after returning them I still had heard nothing not knowing whether they had been received. So I messaged your Instagram page, 5 days ago, and still havent got a response from you guys. The only reason I knew the boots were on their way was a text from the delivery company.
