These boots are beautiful. I struggled with the fitting but the staff were fantastic sorting out my problem. Exchanges are simple and easy to arrange. Third time lucky for me!! The availability of different leg sizes make for a great fit. Well worth the perseverance.

The Wrapping was great, and the style is incredibly nice. The packaging is very smart. The only issue was the size guide wasn`t to accurate.

The size are true to size I take a 4 and the 4 fit perfectly. The service from Fairfax is impeccable. I would always buy from there. And the customer service is great.

Ordered my usual size, 11 wide. Literally could not get my toes in! How disappointing! I sat on the fence since last year, finally took the plunge and it was a no go. I do have several pairs of F & F shoes, wear them with no issues at all, these on the other hand? Not good at all.

Most stunning boots Ive ever seen. Really well made. I would say the calf size is smaller then the guidelines advise. I got the sporting fit and they didnt fit my 45cm calfs at all. Real shame and the foot size is small and quite narrow. If youve got wide calfs youve probably got wider feet and these boots just dont cater to this.

I love your boots but have a wide foot so they are always a mission to "break in" especially as if I buy a pair from Clarks at a third of the price I can put them straight on and wear them. The colour is divine and the suede is of excellent quality. Love them

The most gorgeous boots Ive ever bought! Unfortunately it is quite uncomfortable when new. Still breaking it in, hopefully it will loosen up a bit after many wears. It is the right size, but quite stiff.

Beautiful boots! Customer service & delivery is very good! I had to return my standard fit Regina boots &!request an exchange for the sporting fit which I will be expecting this week. Im hoping these will be a more comfortable fit around the ankle/calf area. I cannot wait to wear my lovely boots!

Love the look and feel of the boots. However I wish there were half sizes as I ordered a 7 which fits ok with big socks but with anything else my left heel slips. A 6.5 wouldve been perfect. Other then that the boots are an amazing quality and I will be buying more in the future

Love the shoes think they are amazing, love the customer service and the experience but I think maybe with fit, just reflect on website to go up half a size as not quit true to size, but the most amazing boots every and amazing customer service! Amazing experience and love the colour, just how I wanted them!

Absolutely love these boots. Beautiful colour. The right boot seems a bit narrower than the left. Never had a problem fitting them before. Hoping itll stretch!

I love the colour of these boots, stunning really. I originally tried on a 6 normal fit (I'm a true 6 1/2) but they were too small, I've gone with a 7 sporting fit which fit but are still tight across the width of foot. I'm sure from what I have read this will give and mold to stretch to my foot correctly. I don't have big feet or calves so I do think they are on the smaller fit size with me having to size up! Delivery came promptly before Christmas so thankyou

Lovely pair of boots, I had been eying these up for years, they did fit quite snugly for the first few wears, but they are getting softer and softer! They can be easily dressed up or down. I try to find excuses to wear them now.

Had a lovely hour in the vip room sipping champagne whilst trying on (and eventually succeeding) to get a pair of boots done up around my legs with the help of the wonderful assistant Ginny who was so lovely that I did buy them and have been wearing them most days . Will say they are still very hard to get on and off on my own but hopefully the more I wear them the more theyll give .
