Small fitting beautiful quality

Im in love! Been wanting these for a long time. Unfortunately, my calf was too big for the regular even though I measured them. It probably would have zipped up but didnt want to risk breaking the zip. However sending them back and swapping them was so super easy (and quick!!) and the customer service for any concerns I had has been fantastic. Recommending to everyone!!

I love these boots, they were straight out the blue box and taken for a weekend away in London. I wore them all weekend the comfiest boots I've ever owned. I would have given 5 stars but sadly one of the tassels feel off on their very first wear, tasseless for the rest of the weekend very sad.

The boots are gorgeous and deserve a 5 but lower rating due to first pair revived being faulty. Customer service to rectify was excellent though

Fab boots, stunning colour, I have very large calves and they fit brilliantly, my only advise is they could do with being an inch lower at the back to accommodate a chunky leg when your knee is bent. Packaged nicely, and look great on. Will buy another pair in navy very soon.

I struggled and struggled to get the narrow boot on, had a paddy managed to hold back tears from my children. My mother rang your help desk and told a lovely girl probably my life story!!! The girl called me saying she understood I had problems, the boots were collected the next day and my new normal fit came yesterday. My lovely 13 year old son was as determined as I was that I would get them on and with the help of heating them up with a hair dryer we succeeded, eventually. I paraded astounded in them all evening even though my walking due to the ms was not great but I am thrilled with them, thank you xx

Never had an boot thats not massive on my calf! Really beautiful cant wait to wear them.

Absolutely love them, colour is fab. Just the issue of them being tight on the calf and was a struggle to zip them up.

The Regina (sporting fit) fitted perfectly and is literally most comfortable boot i have ever worn! The only tiny suggestion I would make is the wheels that secure the tassels were very loose which I hadnt noticed until I lost my one tassel as the one little wheel fastener had fallen off :cry:

Love the style and quality but at the moment they are so stiff that it takes a lot of effort to get them on and off . It also makes them very uncomfortable but I am hoping that they give with wear . Ill persevere because other than that they are fab and look great with the floaty style dresses that are everywhere just now .

I waited months for my first blue box delivery and after receiving vouchers for my 40th birthday I opted for the iconic Regina. Delivery was exceptional next day as promised and the packaging of the Regina was like nothing I had ever received, a dust bag for each boot oh my. The boots dont disappoint either, the look and quality is like no boot I had ever owned, and although they took a while to get on (probably because of the quality leather) once on they do look amazing and make you feel like you can take on the world. The only down side to these boots is that they dont yet come in petite, regular and tall to taper for all heights. Being only 52 they do rub a bit at the back oh the knee and I didnt want to have heel risers, come on F&F you have cracked different calf sizes now for different heights (we are all different after all). I have not yet ordered any additional tassels (next blue box) but love the idea that these boots will literally go with any outfit for any occasion. Excited to be on this blue box journey #fairfaxandfavor

Delivery was super quick to get these and they are gorgeous boots, sadly have had to go up a size, but cant wait to get them as they will go with everything. Will be really easy to accessorise against whatever the weather

Excellent next day service and beautifully packaged. You feel special just opening the box. The narrow fit is very small. I had to return these (free delivery and full refund was easy) standard fit is quite snug too but will stretch over use. Still requiring a freezer bag to put the boots as the suede stretches. The look and feel of the boots are amazing. Very elegant and highly recommended.

Used the freezer bag trick to get my feet into the boots, very successfully, but despite my calves being in the narrow range could not do the boots up. Returned for the normal boot, foot slid in comfortably with enough room in leg to tuck in trousers. Just need to wear them to soften up. Beautifully made. Great colour, Chocolate. Nicely packaged. They look great, however I think the quality is not worth the money and is a bit overpriced because of the brand. If you are short these boots will come up to your knees unlike what is shown on the models.

I absolutely love them & the fit is perfect. I had an issue with a faulty tassel & Sophie from customer service was just amazing at sorting it out. In these current times theres no where to go to show off my lovely boots so zoom meeting it is. I hopped on the table to get a full length photo, when I posted on fb if made lots of people laugh, the length we go to to get a great photo.
