Look stunning on, and very pleased with them. I didn't give 5 stars as they are still very tight to zip up...yet my leg measurements fall into the size bracket of the regular boot which I got...! I'm hoping they will loosen as I wear them, but haven't much yet.

My wife loves her new boots, they were a Xmas present, however I was unimpressed that the box arrived damaged, not to worry as I contacted yourselves and explained the problem and you sent me a new lid. It arrived and it too was damaged. Unfortunately no time to get another before Xmas. After Xmas I received a third lid which again was damaged, at that point the waste material and cost put me off asking a fourth time! Again, the boots were fantastic, the packaging less so.

I wanted to love these boots....I have a very narrow foot and am 6'0", 140#, but the calf diameter was pretty tight. It would accomodate thin tights or leggings on me only. It also fits a bit wide in the ankle, so the material bends when you walk pinching my ankle. I was so sad to return as they are very very pretty and I have a hard time finding nice boots in a larger size!

These boots are made with quality materials! However, the zippers are nearly impossible to pull up and down and the calf is very narrow (which results in an oddly large ankle.) A bit more padding in the insole and easier zippers and a 1/4-1/2 " wider calf they'd be keepers...

I have really slim legs but I do have a high instep. I found it very difficult to get these boots on and off. Once they were on they felt very tight across the top of my foot which caused discomfort. The boots look lovely but they have to also be comfortable. If these boots came with a wider ankle and not so tight across the foot I would buy a pair Sadly these had to be returned.

Great boots however came with marks and scuffs, customer service just said it is normal for them to have marks on from travel whilst only small was not expected from a high quality brand

A beautiful boot. The emerald colour is exquisite and really sets off an outfit. Unfortunately, the fit was not for my size calf and I would recommend a sporting fit if you are average size. They may still require some wiggle into but worth the wait for that perfect mould. The packaging itself was beautifully done to ensure safe travel and a moment to remember when you open them. Customer services were extremely helpful when I had an issue with the return form, you simply click the button on the website for a call back and there they are with all the answers. 100% service and beauty at every level.

The boots themselves were lovely, but when I opened them, the inside of the boot was damaged, looked like it had been ripped by the zip, and my tassel broke just taking it off

Doesnt fit nice around ankle. Feel like it will crease very quickly. Not good for people with wide feet either. Sole is slightly more orange than expected. Other than that love them but wouldnt say they were worth the price. Hopefully theyll be wearable and wont ruin it wear but they do look like theyre going to drop and crease around the ankle

Lovely boot, although needed to exchange it as the narrow is very narrow. Awaiting the arrival of the regular, let's hope that's the correct choice.

The boots are well made and the leather interior is a nice colour. They are a very tight fit to get on but still look a bit baggy around the ankle when you walk. I might send them back as the are very expensive and Im not sure if they are worth the price.

Hi, I really love these boots. I purchased them by mail-order at the same time as a pair of Penelope Chilvers Navy Suede boots in a very similar style, and choose to keep the Fairfax & Favour: they had the clear edge in elegance. However, within a 10min walk to the train station they sadly tore the backs of my heels to shreds, and I've had to walk around in trainers and compeed plasters for a week now. I'd expect maybe a little rubbing, especially if worn all day, but this fast reaction was unexpected. More padding on the inside heel of the boot would be very welcome. (So it's more like the base, which is great) The zips were also much more silver-y than the colour shown on the advert photo, which blends in less. I still love them! But with improvements they'd be even better.

Lovely look, foot size came up a bit larger than normal , hard to get foot into boot around ankle area, material a bit hard, had to change for a foot size smaller and height of boot a little long as i'm only 3 ft 3, if offering a narrow fit perhaps should offer a petite fit along with it.

Boots lovely fit and comfy very stylish but tassel fell off and lost for no reason have sent in a complaint.

Narrow is very tight

The boots are obviously decent quality with a strong zip, but struggled to get the zip over my calf even though I have thin legs.

The boots are beautiful however I was unable to get my foot in to the boot without straining to push and pull. It is just too difficult to try them on, so I had to return them.

They look beautiful, just really small fitting, couldnt even get the zip past my heel. I have lots of handbags, purses etc and absolutely love the products. I know have a pair of boudicas and fit lovely.

I was so excited to receive my first blue box. The boots looked amazing online, when they arrived they looked nice and the quality of the boot and zip is very good but unfortunately not the sole but they were not quite what what I expected and fell below my expectations, but I thought I'd just need to wear them in. So poped them on they fit with heel raisers and zipped up over my jeans no problem and fit ok, so I walked around the house for a little while but with having 3 kittens and 4 children underfoot I couldn't quite walk normally in them. My husband talked me into wearing them to go to the shop to get a couple of bits and I couldn't wait to get them off I still have the blister on the back of my foot the heel and frount of the sole are scuffed more already from one short wear than a pair of boots iv owned for 8 years which I found very disappointing.
