I was happy to purchase this gown in soft cotton, however, the interior seams, including the unnecessary plastic strip at the shoulders, were disappointing. I'm tired of having to wear my nightgowns inside out to avoid the polyester thread and plastic strips -- to say nothing of the environmental waste of the plastic strip in the first place.

Too tight under the arms. I am not a large person. LL Bean doesn't seem to recognize that women have breasts. Same problem with other clothes -- no darts. When they do fit across the chest they hang like a tent.

I have several of these nightgowns in Medium. This one was very wide, from the shoulders through the body of the gown. It was below my knees, but I am short, and I didn't mind that length. The pattern for this gown must be changing over timepast reviewers have found it to be too narrow and too tight. I sent it back right away.

I ordered the same gown from you some time ago. It is still perfect. However the new material you have been using for at least a year gets knobby after one washing and even after just sleeping in it. Looks bad and feels bad. I wish you had not cut corners, and I will not order this gown again. A waster of money.

It is not like the picture; it hits me mid calf.. The fabric is too slippery for me to try to shorten it so I am returning it
