Your flannel material is not of the same quality as in the past, but these PJ's are warm and serviceable.
I really wish these came in more feminine colors. In fact, I wish a LOT of your women's clothes came in more feminine colors!

In the past I have ordered these pajamas in a Petite medium. However, so many women said they were too large, so I went with the Petite small. The bottoms fit just fine. Nicely loose, but not too loose. However, the top is not what I have known in the past to be a relaxed fit. The top is not loose enough around the hip area. The Petite medium tops are definitely a relaxed fit. With the Petite small top, I leave the bottom button unbuttoned to give it a little more looseness around the bottom. Next time I will stick with the Petite medium.

It's unusual that the top was a bit snug for me. I usually have difficulty with the thighs fitting properly, but these pants fit as I would expect since I usually order sz Lg (wear pant sz 16).
I will keep these, but a bit snug in the shoulders (cotton fabric relaxes a bit after wearing).
Possible order size up?

I love the color and length of these flannel pajamas. They are a bit too big for me, but I like them like that. They did not shrink when I washed and dried them. It's so nice to have pajama legs that reach my feet. Usually, the pajamas shrink so much they end up being mid-calf. This is a high-quality product!

The original product out of the package was nearly perfect! Looked & felt great. I always buy clothes 1 size larger, as I like things loose. The pants fit this bill perfectly; however, the top has just a little room over the hips - in other words, the pants are more generously cut than the tops. This is acceptable, although not ideal. The pants also have the essential side-seam pockets and a nice bit of elasticity with a self-fabric tie that doesn't necessarily need to be tied. That's a feature I'd hoped for! I washed the set per the care instructions and it came out very well - fit still the same and softer, slightly thicker flannel, as you'd expect. There is, however, quite a bit of pilling on the sleeves under the forearms. This is disappointing. Overall, it's a good purchase and I'm glad to have these cozy pjs.

This was a gift for my mother. She says they are nice and warm and comfortable.
They were a little big at first but shrunk a little even in cold water. It looks like they gave extra room to allow for shrinkage. They fit good after washing.

The soft cotton flannel pajamas are comfortable and fit well, although the cotton pills after washing on delicate & drying on low on delicate. You should find a better source for your cotton flannel fabric. I got Black Watch plaid because it is my favorite plaid in my favorite colors.

I wanted winter PJs and winter PJs is what I got. I love that they are comfortable and warm and keep me cozy in the mornings.

I love the quality of the flannel and the workmanship is great. However, the bottoms fit really funny. They are huge, width-wise. I mean, like, elephant big in the legs. They are also very long. I step on them, and I'm a little nervous about tripping. I ordered these online, and then I went to a store about an hour away to compare the medium to the small.
I found that the small was too small for me on top--I tend to have broad shoulders and long arms. And the smalls did fit a little better on the bottom, but still they were extra wide in the leg and long. I opted to keep the mediums because I did not want the top to be snug.
I'm just curious on why the sizing is so weird on these pajamas. I do like my pajamas roomy, but these are outrageous on the bottoms. I have washed them twice, and they shrunk just a teeny bit but they still feel too big.

This is my first flannel pajamas. I get cold very easily and it takes a while for my body to warm up. I was
pleasantly surprised the first night I wore it. The temperature was about 50 degrees and I was freezing. After about 15 minutes I didn't realize that I was no longer freezing. The ultimate test will be when the temperature drops below zero.
The only negative was the lint balls formed between the legs.

I really like the quality of these pajamas, but the pants are really big. I wear a size 10 and the top fits well but the bottoms are very big for a medium.

I love wearing these; they are super comfy and warm. Perfect to wear by the fire on a cold Colorado day.
...However, they started pilling almost immediately, and the material is actually quite thin. I got them on sale so I don't feel too bad about keeping them, but I would be very unhappy if I bought these at a higher price! They're also quite baggy, so don't expect them to be form-fitting. On the plus side, the petite size is the perfect length for my arms and legs.

This is a tip for drying and avoiding a lot of lint: ALWAYS dry on LOW HEAT for 15 to 20 minutes then hang to finish drying. Flannel is made by brushing cotton and if you dry on normal high heat it will sort of "cook" the fuzzy flannel cotton right off the fabric.
I always dry LL Bean flannel shirts and pj's on low heat and hang to dry the rest of the way. Then they don't shrink and I don't have a lot of lint.

I have two Stewart Victoria Scotch Plaid items, one a women's button shirt, the other is the zippered hoodie, and I just love the plaid, which is not too bright or bold (doesn't scream Christmas or Lumberjack). My 89 year old mother is now in an assisted living home and I ordered a pair of the Stewart Victoria Plaid pajamas for her. I am really bummed because the colors of the plaid are not the same as my shirts are. I held up my shirt against the PJ's and there is a really big difference in color. I would think that a traditional Scotch Plaid would remain the same, decade after decade. So, I may return them for a different color.

Lovely flannel from LLB, as usual. I wanted to love these pajamas, but they're too oversized for me. I felt sloppy wearing them. My regular LLB size (small) was fine in the top - although the sleeves are really long. The bottoms are like clown pants. No exaggeration, I could pull the waist almost up to my bra and the legs were still dragging on the floor. How is that possible? I tried rolling the waist twice, but then there was this billow of fabric around my hips and I was still stepping on the legs. Maybe I should've ordered petite? Not sure though since I looked again at the catalog model and, huh, they seem to fit her the same way. I returned them without trying petite.

Forget about "Where's Waldo" -- I got to play "Where's the monogram?"
I went with the recommended color (navy) for the monogramming on the Royal Stewart plaid PJ set -- what were they thinking? The monogramming is almost literally invisible. I had to search for it up close to find it the first time, and when I look for it now, the search starts over again. I'm adding a photo so you can join the fun.
OK, snarkiness aside: the quality of the flannel is nice, But besides the monogramming mistake, this set was much too large for me so I'll be returning it.

Ordered a size up to allow for shrinkage. The pants are a little long and wish there were more colors/patterns but very comfortable.

I bought the red plaid. They are warm and comfy, but I washed them with a red poly robe and it ruined it. The lint got all over the robe and didn't come out. i would wash the pajamas alone for several times before adding them to a regular wash with other items. I had to shorten them a tad.

Formidable flannel - cozy and warm. Roomy, but not sloppy. Love the pockets. Only wish pajamas came with slightly larger buttons for hands that are losing their flexibility.

PJs are warm and cozy and soft. However, I'm a tall, thin person and the proportions aren't quite right for me. The pants have too short a rise and are uncomfortable in the crotch area. The top fits me okay.
Also when you wash these the first few times, wash and dry them separately because little fuzzies come off and can get on your other clothes. These aren't perfect but are much warmer than anything I found in the department stores. LL Bean needs to do tall sizes for tall thin women.

I will say that these pajamas are super cozy and warm. However, the other reviewers are right about the lint. It gets everywhere, especially in the wash. I have flannel shirts from LL Bean from previous years that don't do this, so apparently they need to go back to their old flannel. Overall I like them, they run a little bit large, but LL Bean needs to fix the lint issue.
