I just had to replace my very worn LLBean flannel nightgowns!I've had them close to 10 years!! I was very happy with the new addition of pockets,as sometimes you don't need that added warmth of a robe.The nightgowns them selves are quite warm and cozy!I do miss the collar a little, just liked the look better. Still the same great quality!!I'm 5'1, so I ordered Petite,perfect length and fits great!

I really like this new nightgown! It's longer in length and in the arms. Super soft with no shrinking after first washing. I won't miss the collar but I like the pockets. I'll be ordering a few more of these.

I bought the grayish plaid in size small. I'm 4'9". Wgt 117. The length reached the floor, but shrunk to feet after washed. Haven't worn as it was purchased in spring.

Very soft and nicely made and is very comfortable. Only thing I take a star away for is the flannel is not as thick as what I have purchased in past nightgowns.

I've purchased many of these flannel gowns over the years. They don't fade or. shrink even with in a hot wash and hot dryer. There is one very puzzling thing I wish LLBean would answer. If these are 100% cotton, why do they come out of the dryer with static electricity? I have no manmade fabrics at all and only these have the static. Makes me wonder if there is something mixed in with the cotton. LLBean, please do some research into the manufacture of this product. Otherwise, I love these gowns. Fit is relaxed and comfy. Quality of workmanship excellent. I hope Bean stocks the red buffalo plaid again.

Soft, warm and comfortable. I'm 5'9" 136 lbs and ordered a large because the mediums were back-ordered, but medium would have been better. Quite voluminous.

Love the flannel for warmth in winter. Also, this one is full-length which is really nice although slightly on the big side.

I love the colors and it's soft. However it did shrink after washes and drys.

I bought the woman's nightshirt because there was no man's nightshirt! Hey, men like to wear a nightshirt to bed, too! What gives, LLBean?

The gown fits perfectly. It's soft and comfortable. The only thing I don't like are the colors, but my husband said you were out of the red one.

Nice and warm. I think it runs a little big. 100% cotton and washes well, becoming softer with each wash.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts and not 5 is that they don't make this flannel gown in Tall sizes. With that being said it's so comfortable and soft. I sized up because I wanted it to be loose and as long as possible. I'm almost 5'9" and I feel like a tall would've fit better thru the shoulders and the length but the fit isn't bad. If you're tall consider sizing up. I can't handle anything pulling on my neck so I leave the top few buttons undone. I love that it has pockets! It's so well made and I absolutely love this gown. I feel like it will last forever. I hang mine up to dry because I don't want the length shrinking at all, but even at my height it's pretty long. I just really want it to be a couple inches longer but I'm so glad I went ahead and treated myself. It's well worth the price.

I have purchased these flannel nightgowns for many years. They wash well and hold up over many years. This new version is more feminine with the small pintucks and I like that! This one seems to pill more than my others ever did.

This nightgown is a lovely and soft plaid fabric. The fit is very comfortable and cozy. I bought this to replace a similar LLBean flannel gown which lasted for many years.

I have the same nightgown for a few years now.i wanted to purchase another one and I really liked the beige and tan plaid..ughhhhh I saw hidden in the description after I place my order it had pockets.why pockets? Anyway I returned it! I enjoy having the smooth seam while sleeping..

I bought three flannel nightgowns from LL Bean many years ago. I still have them and continue to wear them because they have held up and I loved the pattern! There was stripes that went vertical. I wish you could get that pattern back. The plaids I am not fond of. I did buy one to help extend the life of the others. It's not my favorite but it does keep me warm during the cold mountain nights. The plaid flannel nightgown does shed a bit in the dryer the first time. Maybe after many years of wear, I may fall in love with it. It really doesn't compare with the older LLBean nightgowns I have.

Being cotton i thought it would shrink some, it didn't, its huge. The fabric is awesome. Softest flannel ive ever wore & i love that it has pockets. Next 1 I will definitely size down

I love the dark plaid, its softness. It feels cozy. It's on me that I ordered a size way too large.

I have purchased this nightgown twice before, and am disappointed in the decision to decrease the quality by decreasing the amount of smocking on the nightgowncheaper labor for LLBean, and reduced quality for the buyer. All this with only an increase in price. I don't think it is worth the price any,ore.

Not a fan of plaid. Have several striped ones from years ago that had more pintucking that made the gown more roomy and more comfortable. Did purchase the red Buffalo plaid last year (I think it was).

Warm and light and soft. Just right. I had hoped for a little thicker flannel.

Nice soft flannel. Love the pockets. My only reason for it not being 5 stars is that the material is noticeably thinner than prior Beans nightgowns that I own, though it feels like the same soft flannel, just thinner. I always get a size bigger in nightgowns so my sizing below is a guess.

Great coverage. Runs large, but wash and dry hot and it will be perfect fit for 130 lb. Woman if she likes roomy night gowns. Cell phone fits perfectly in pockets. Sheds alot in dryer and quality (material not as heavy weight ) as older ll.bean night gowns, but hey, nothing is as good as it used to be. Still love that it actually covers my long arms, legs and neck.
