No more cold nights in this long nightgown. Lovely flannel, washes well and comes out of the dryer even softer. It isn't overly warm either. I did initially buy it in the medium size which ran too large and so I exchanged it for the small which is perfect. A great buy.

Thick, warm flannel. I got a size larger than usual and find that it fits better in the length of sleeves as well as overall length, goes clear to the ankles.

I love this nightgown. Cut is loose but not tent like. Fabric is soft and cozy, but not stifling like fleece can be. Together, this makes for a very warm and comfortable sleeping experience. This is my second one.

I love this nightgown so much. The flannel is soft and warm without being too bulky. I live in the Northeast and this has been really comfortable for sleeping while it is cold outside. I don't find it to be too warm. It is a bit shapeless and roomy, but this keeps it cozy while in bed. The dress is long and hits at just above my ankles (even as a relatively tall person) and the side pockets are a nice touch.

Launders up great. It is so comfy and warm for the cooler winter months - just snuggly and so comfortable!

This nightgown is soft and feels luxurious. I love the long length as it is warm and keeps my legs warm when I'm up an about.

My old Bean flannel was retired after around 10 years. This one is not as "tough" as the old one, instead it is super soft. It's cozy warm, generously cut and it has pockets!!! I normally take a 2XL in clothing and was skeptical about using the sizing chart's recommend XL. It's a perfect fit! I can't see it lasting 10 years but with a sale, Bean bucks and a coupon it was worth the price. I've bought two as gifts.

I love this gown! The Regular length falls just to my ankle, which is what I wanted. The flannel is soft and cozy and warm. It has two good-sized pockets on the side seams, and the fit is generous. It's very comfortable, and I have no reservations about recommending it.

I bought this because it was flannel, long sleeved, looked warm and I knew it would come down to my ankles because I'm short. I wasn't disappointed. It washes nicely and it does exactly what I had hoped-keep me warm.

Not only is this nightgown soft made out of the thickest most beautiful flannel, but it is lovely. I would be honored to give this as a gift and delighted to receive this as a gift! I would rather own this one Flannel nightgown than a dozen from any other store. If your thinking about buying it for yourself or as a gift Don't Hesitate and order early they sell out in every color quickly. They were out of stock online, LL Bean's site showed they had it in the size and color i desired. i called their flagship store the customer service specialist emailed a note to the clerk in the store the clerk hand-selected my order shipping it at once. Not that I've tried lots of different brands of sleepwear; but I love LLBean's flannel nightgowns so much--these are one of the greatest things about winter, getting to curl up in these. I have this one in Hunting Bean of Freeport. Love the length (almost floor length). It is roomy the way a nightgown should be. Super cozy cotton flannel. Gets softer with each wash. I have the older version, too, with the piping and the sweet collar. It's old but it's in GREAT condition, even after washing it over and over for years. I also have the pintucked old fashioned flannel nightgown LLBean used to sell. I dislike wearing anything else to bed other than LLBean flannel nightgowns.

I LOVE the weight on this fabric and it is sooo soft. The nightgown is just lovely.

I decided to try wearing a flannel nightgown. I usually wear knit pants and a flannel shirt. The quality and softness of this flannel is superb. It's really got some weight to it. I wear a 2X and so many sleeves are too long, but this nightgown fits perfect. I'll be shoveling soon to make a path for my small dogs. This nightgown will make that chore easy. This fabric is quality that I rarely see. Sweet dreams ladies!!

I love, love, love the pockets in this newer version of the nightgown. I am so glad they made this change. The pockets are big enough to warm your hands and keep stuff in (contrary to some "women's" pockets). The nightgown is very comfortable and I love the Bean of Freeport color. The 100% cotton feels like it is brushed. When I first opened the package, I was thinking it was thinner than past versions...but now I don't think so. It keeps me warm even in my chilly house. We had a white Thanksgiving with 20" on the ground.

This robe is very soft. Perfect flannel material. Even after washing it there is no lint or pilling at all. I have the scotch plaid. It's long enough to reach just above my ankles which is what I want for the winter season. Am usually a size 12 but I ordered the size large because I like it roomy. It's not too big. Love it.

I've bought this nightgown for my wife in past years, but this one is thicker and ozzier than prior versions. She loves it so much I may have to buy her another. It's a bit big on her, but she likes it that way.

So soft. So much warmer than the scoop-neck knit gowns I'd been using. And yet there is no sense of bulk getting in my way when I sleep. What I did not expect, though, was sleeping clear through the night that first night--at 60, that happens about once a year for me. I had not realized that that extra upper-body warmth would make any difference, much less that much. Not only that, since this arrived I'm not grabbing the blankets at dark o'clock in my sleep and my husband isn't waking up cold and waking me up while he's trying to get warm again. I waited a couple of weeks to write this review to see if that would hold, and it has: he's sleeping better. I'm sleeping better. Who knew! I so wish I had tried these long ago, but meantime, I just ordered a second one so the washing machine doesn't have to be going constantly, and I just ordered my 88-year-old mother one. Love you, Mom.
