I bought this nightgown in the Scotch plaid pattern as a Christmas gift for my mother and she loved it. It fit her well and was very comfortable plus it had pockets. I'm glad LL Bean still carries this nightgown in many patterns since these are the only ones my mom likes and they last several years. I highly recommend this nightgown!

Love my new nightgown. It is made of soft and warm fabric. The gown has been washed many times and looks new. The cut is roomy and done right for a short person. The length of the gown and sleeves is just right.

My first flannel gown in years very soft, warm and cozy to wear. Living in Michigan, I loved flannel gowns when I was youngerLanz of Salzburg generally. Beautiful, but as I grew up, too tight in the bust for me. I switched to cotton knits, which stretch and don't bind. But I missed flannel. L.L Bean has expanded their size range over the past few years, and I appreciate finding plus sizes. When I saw this gown, I noted the length ( I like a nice long gown to keep my legs warm) pockets (fun & useful), and the cut ( pin tucks opening out) and decided to treat myself! I was concerned about feeling restricted after the stretchy knits I've been wearing, but so far, so good. I don't button the top 2-3 front buttons and it's perfectly comfortable. Seems like the buttons might work for breastfeeding moms too? Washed up nicely, soft, no static. I did use a small amount of liquid fabric softener in the rinse. I imagine I'll still wear cotton knits when we put the flannel sheets on the bed to avoid the "Velcro effect", but right now I'm ordering another flannel gown!

Very soft, beautifully made. Hits to my ankles. I am a size 8, and the medium fits well, with a bit of room.

This gown is soft and cozy. The fit is good with ample material for movement.

It's soft, comfortable--a tad too long, but I'm short.

Super soft, very warm & cozy for winter lounging - I'm planning to buy at least one more. It's a bit large which is better for sleeping, and best of all - it has fairly deep on-seam side pockets (both sides).

It's like someone went into my brain and made the perfect nightgown!! It is so roomy and comfy and warm. When I first put it on, I thought it was a bit big but it's actually perfect for a cozy evening and comfortable sleep. I will keep it for many many years to come.

It is difficult to find an ankle length comfy nightgown but this one is perfect. Not too heavy but keeps you warm and cozy. If they were not on back order I would buy another one right now. Highly recommended.

I have bought more than one of these over the years. I like how I can freely move around in it. I stay plenty warm and even go to the mailbox in it in the winter. It covers me modestly. It doesn't shrink when washed.

Purchased for my wife of 42 years last Christmas and she loved it. So I purchased a 2nd this Christmas. 1st one looks as good as the new one. Although seasonal she wears it a lot here in the northeast. Now I won't have to see her in one color all winter.

I love these nightgowns! I bought one a couple of years ago and just love it! It is soft, comfy and warm. The material is a good quality and lasts and lasts. I bought 2 more this year for my Christmas gifts from our dog...LOL!! And they are equally of good quality and warm and comfy! I highly recommend these nightgowns!

Haven't had a true flannel in years. The styling details in this one - down to the pockets - are amazing. It fits perfectly and is amazingly comfortable.

I love my flannel gown!! The length is long enough and the sleeves are long enough, And it is honest to goodness flannel, I love it!! Oh and did I mention it has pockets? Yes!!! Pockets!! Love my flannel gown!

I have bought a new L.L. Bean flannel nightgown almost every year for the past several years, and I LOVE them! A medium fits me perfectly, which probably means they run a little large. The quality of the stitching, the coziness of the flannel, the fit, the style--all rate 5 stars. I have always been highly satisfied. However, this year I am in seventh heaven because they have added POCKETS, which make them even better for lounging around! A suggestion for 2021? Add patches on the elbows, as this is always where my nightgowns wear out first.

My kids bought me for Christmas. It was on my list! I have been wearing LL BEAN nightgowns for 20 years. Every few years they change. This gown is long, I like! It has pockets! I like. No collar, I like! The weight is light but warm. Thick enough. Lots and lots of lint in the first few washings. ( highly recommend washing a few times before wearing ) But this is a great gown!

The nightgown is made of soft quality flannel. Very comfortable!
