The color "natural" just wasn't anything special. Looks very blah. The sweater for the price wasn't worth keeping. Fit was ok, just didn't do anything for me. I might have exchanged for a stronger color but all were out in medium.

I bought two of these, on in an XS and one S. Normally my size would be XS but this is cotton and it does shrink, a lot. It's a nice, heavy sweater. Very warm and it looks nice. However, if you want to wash and dry it and still have it fit you, buy a size bigger. I wish sleeves would be made extra long on cotton garments because that's where the shrinking is the worst. I found that these leave tons of lint on the shirt you're wearing also. I have not had them very long and have only washed them once. I hope this will stop after a few washings. Overall, I like the sweaters but I can't rave about them. I see a couple places where pieces of yarn are starting to stick out. I will keep an eye on those spots. I hope it's not the start of unraveling. I would recommend, but with caveats.

I really like the sweater, it's comfortable and perfect for in the office, but the real problem is that the sweater sheds all over everything.
I often wear black jeans and if I do there is fuzz all over my jeans. If I carry a bag, that ends up with fuzz on it too. If it's wasn't for that I would give this 5 stars.

I have last years long cotton marl hooded cardigan with buttons down the front and absolutely adore it, but I thought this version was too plain and rather frumpy (apologies to those who like it). I thought it lacked something to give it style so I returned it.

Beware that you will have to wash and dry this sweater at least once before you wear it. I didn't and my black pants and top were coated with white "fur." Those had to be washed twice to get it all off.
I also found the sleeves a bit long for a true petite.

The fit is a bit skimpy and the fabric is developing pills already. It is warm and soft, and I like the color. It is a bit disappointing from a (once totally) trusted seller like LLBean. I'm not returning it but I'm not sure I would recommend it to a friend.

purchased one for me and one for a gift. Fuzzies came off on all the furniture and clothes so I washed it and it shrank a size and pilled on the arms. Regretfully I'm sending it back. Not happy about it but the Ragg, is useless to me. The style and weight are great. Would have loved it otherwise. Maybe in another type of yarn it would be nice. I really didn't expect this from cotton. I seldom have a problem with LlBean products however this gets a thumbs down due to the fuzzies, pilling and shrinking. Can't win them all!

It is just as it says cotton ragg sweater. The sweater feels big.The only reason I kept it is because I wanted to wear skinny jeans or pants with it and it will cover if you have any bulges, and I needed the color blue. It is rather long.I am also a little leary about the yarns. It looks like a loop might pull out.

This was a pretty sweater, but it was too long and too heavy for me, so I returned it.

This is a lovely-looking sweater. Unfortunately, one of the pockets showed stretched stitching. Also, the sweater is longer than many winter jackets, and doesn't meet in the front. I returned it.

Washed this sweater before wearing. The right pocket is already coming off. The cotton is not cozy. I had an llbean sweater I loved. It was better quality than this is. I had it for years and pickets never started coming off.

I needed a heavier fabric. I liked the length but the fabric was too thin. I returned.

I wore this item in Navy/Bright Blue for the first time last weekend, over a white shirt. I was so embarrassed when I had to remove it in front of my hosts because my white shirt looked like it was a polka-dot print. It was covered all over with bits of fabric that rubbed off the inside of the sweater. I had to wash and dry my shirt twice, using dryer balls, to remove most of the fibers. I'm afraid to wash the sweater for fear it will clog the machine with the fibers it sheds.

The last few purchases from LLBean have been disappointing largely, in my case, due to quality control issues. According to the size chart I wear a Large. I did not trust that so bought XL and thank god I did. It's skimpy and certainly not what LL Bean used to be. I bought the off white and have not noticed any shedding. I had intended to use for a sweater to throw over pajamas in the morning. Not roomy enough for that. I used to love LL Bean long cardigans when they were roomy. I am keeping it because it's cotton which is hard to find these days.

The sleeves were all peeled and had a funny odor to it didn't have any tags on it and came in a plain plastic bag like I could buy anywhere very disappointed in there Quality control

Way too big. Sloppy, sleeves are too long on an xl and it's pilling after 3-4 short wear times. Send it back. Not worth $89! It is a sold material but would not want to pay even $49.

I bought the size the size chart suggests. The sleeves are too short, they're tight and the front doesnt even come close to closing and I'm slender and small chested.

This is a classic LLB style - I have one from several years ago that I have worn and washed repeatedly. I purchased this in the green color, which is lovely. But knew right away when I tried it on that it was going back. It is TINY. My older version is a comfortable medium. This, in medium, does not go around me. I don't feel I should have to "size up" to a large size at 5'4" and 130 pounds!

I now have this sweater in two colors; however the most recently purchased one does not fit at all in the same way as the original, despite being the same size. I prefer the fit of my older one. The new one is much smaller and tighter.

I received this cardigan for Christmas this year. I have two other cardigans sold under the same name by LL Bean purchased in last five years. This cardigan is half the weight of the past versionsMuch thinner, and at a higher price. Bye Bean. I'm not buying products from this brand anymore as the quality continues to go down, the prices sky rocket, and customer service support diminishes.

I have the older version in a large. It's a bit too big so I ordered 2 more in medium. Not true to size. So small and not the same quality. Disappointed. Will be returning.
