I love cotton and finding sweaters for daily wear is getting harder. I was glad to see this offering and ordered a few of them for both myself and a pregnant relative. The fit is a bit oversized but works for me since I love to layer so I have room. The cuffs and the pockets were a nice touch as both are difficult to find. The length for me is a plus since on milder days I can layer it and get full coverage. One of them had the top of the pocket come apart after two wearings but I called CS and a rep had a replacement sent out immediately. I appreciate the fact that they back their products. The other ones don't have that issue so likely a fluke. Very pleased all the way around.

Like the sweater, nice for casual ware, the color I chose works well with my ward robe

This sweater is great but it does shed a little with threads on things you have close to it. It is warm but just right for CA weather here now that it is getting cooler especially in the evenings.

Love almost everything about this sweater: its weight, its length, the way it drapes, POCKETS. One thing I don't love: the fuzzies get on the shirt you wear underneath it. I wore it with a black shirt, and it was fine as long as I didn't take the sweater off...because once I had, it was nothing but fuzzies. This may go away with time, but if not, I just know it for the future. Still, would buy again.

Comfortable and cozy!!! My only complaint is that I wish the sleeves were a bit longer, otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Love these sweaters. I ordered 3 colors and will use them often this winter as I live in a mild climate and they are heavy enough to replace a light coat. I would have given these sweaters 5 stars but they have lots and lots of lint that transfers to your clothes. Also, I got a Large even though I usually buy Mediums and the Large is a good fit. Very good quality and colors. BTW, LL Bean, your TV commercials rock!!

Nice sweater! Warm and comfy! A little long for my 5'2" self! Maybe petite nextime!

As a petite person, this sweater fits perfectly. It is soft and comfortable and looks great. But - you cannot wear it over a dark shirt because it sheds on the undergarment, and it took me a while to sticky roller my dark tee shirt! Otherwise this sweater would have 5 stars.

This is a warm sweater. It is also very soft. I love having pockets. It is Loooong. I am 5'1" and it is more like a sweater coat on me. That just means that I can wear it with anything including tunic tops. I gave it four stars because this has all my requirements for the perfect sweater except a way to keep it closed on windy days.

The sweater pictured in the catalog sold the sweater for me. The pockets were big and opened on the top . But when I received the sweater, I was very disappointed seeing it had side pockets. My carry items fall out and get lost. Otherwise, very nice but for me not practical.

This is the sweater that hangs on a peg at the kitchen door...grab and go...the familiar favorite for weekends...nice big pockets to store a tissue or dog treats...a wardrobe workhorse...

The LL Bean rep told me the Natural color has GRAY FLECKS, however, when I received it today it actually has NAVY BLUE flecks. so if you want gray flecks - it is not. I returned it today because I wanted Gray flecks.

A very comfortable, versatile sweater, a favorite from my wardrobe. Goes well with many outfits, is a classic LLBean product. Worth the price. I would recommend this sweater to my best friend.

This is an attractive sweater, soft and comfortable, and I like the longer length. It has one flaw: it sheds badly. I wore it once, and it left little round balls all over my pants and shirt, my car seat and my armchair. I do like it otherwise. I considered sending it back but decided to see if laundering it helps this problem.

I love this sweater. It does throw a lot of lint initially as a previous review stated, especially visible with dark clothes! BUT, after washing, the lint is minimal. That's good, because this is a perfect casual sweater for winter or cool spring days.

I bought the sweater in two different colors a couple of years ago and I love them. Unfortunately I had to send this one back as the sleeves are too tight. I ordered the same size. The sweater fits the same except for the sleeves. Hoping LLBean contacts the maker and can rectify the problem.

I like how warm this sweater is, but I was a little disappointed in how wrinkled it seemed after washing. I followed the rules and didn't dry in the dryer, but it seems like it could have used to for wrinkle release. I should have known, because even the photo above looks a little wrinkled.

This is a beautiful warm sweater! Feels like you are wrapped in your favorite blanket. But, it doesn't wash well. It doesn't hold it's shape!

This sweater is the perfect size and weight! It is a gorgeous color and will be useful almost year round.

Comfortable but not very roomy. Would fit a tall, thin person better. I am 5'4" and curvy but not obese.

I love open cardigans and was excited when these went on sale. Sadly, when it arrived, I was disappointed because it is extremely weighty. It's not a snuggly kind of sweater, it's really for people who live in the snow and I live in Southern California. It will be great when we move to Switzerland though, so I won't return it.

I have this sweater in natural and love it. So I ordered 2 of them in dark grey, one for my daughter. The dark grey is much sorter & smaller and the sleeves are shorter too. And the texture is coarser than my first sweater. My daughter was disappointed too and gave it back to me saying she probably wouldn't wear it.

Lovely open cardigan that I wanted to add to my wardrobe, however, it was too tight through the shoulders and arms. Also too short in the arm length.
