Lightweight but warm jacket. Fits as expected. Sturdy zip and roomy packets.

A perfect jacket to round out the Bean winter wardrobe. It keeps me warm in really cold weather without being too bulky. A bit heavy to wear when driving though. Love the unique colors!

It is warm on a cold day, but thin enough to wear as a fall jacket. It is well made and very handsome to look at. LL Bean always makes a great and durable jacket and this is certainly a great one

Fantastic Jacket! If you are 6 foot tall and above this is the jacket you've been looking for! Would happily buy again and just might for other tall family and friends. It's incredibly warm and it was money well spent.

This is a great coat. It was purchased as a gift for my husband; he likes the built-in hood and the fact that it's light and warm at the same time. We both like the color block style. I would recommend it to others.

Love the jacket. It's light and warm. HOWEVER, last year I ordered a similar one in the size I usually wear with other brands and it was far too SMALL. You will need to order one size larger.

As other reviewers have said, this is a great winter jacket as it is very light weight and also keeps you warm while blocking out the wind. It has deep pockets which are appreciated. All in all, a very comfortable, warm, light weight winter jacket!

I bought this coat in the red color, size xxl tall. I'm 6'5 and 227lbs. I probably could have gotten away with the xl tall but it's got a little room for a hoody underneaths if it gets real cold. Anyway, here in SW Washington it rains a ton. I use this for my walking coat while I listen to music. I recently walked about 4 miles in a very steady heavy rain and it did not get wet inside. I know these are more of a dry weather cold environment coat, but it held up great. I was warm and cozy, I'd buy another!!!

I bought this jacket for a trip to Finland (above the Arctic Circle) because my older winter jacket (Columbia) was large, heavy and bulky. I am happy to report this jacket worked amazingly well, I was not cold and it is light, easy to stuff into baggage and comes out looking fantastic for each wear. We were in temps as cold as -4f and this jacket did exactly what it should have - kept me warm! In fact, I was a walking LLBean commercial in the Arctic - wore LLBean boots, lined pants, lined jacket and this outer jacket.

Husband loves the jacket. We ordered a tall medium and it fits perfect. The blue and grey color are beautiful. Only complaint he has is the texture on the inside of the sleeves, it is different then the rest of the jacket.

Purchased for Son who is Freshman in college. He likes the colors, fit and weight. Should keep him warm Thai winter walking to classes.
