All the fur comes out from inside the jacket. the fur sticks to my sweaters like a dog's fur and makes my clothes dirty.

Shocking low quality. Fit was extremely tight, almost a full 2 sizes smaller than advertised. Arms and shoulders oddly cut, sleeves very short. I do not recommend.

Good materials, too tapered and too shortbad fit, sleeve material snags cotton long-sleeves, no outside or inside chest pockets, no hood drawstring.

Ordered a coat on sale... nothing crazy, like 15%. Was taking a while so I went to go check up on it and I noticed it was a Tall Medium, still not shipped.. This was odd, because I haven't worn a medium since I was in high school (I'm in my 40's), and Im 5'10. Not sure how that happened, but whatever... tried to fix the order, but sid it was too late.. recommended I reorder and return the coat when it arrived... Well, there's no longer a sale, and there's also a return fee... so seems like a pretty poor solution. Even then I'm kinda thinking this is just unfortunate, but it took almost a week after that for the thing to actually ship. Seriously?! Obviously, the coats going back... I get to pay $7.00 for the privilege I guess. Will never order off their site again.. Probably won't buy their products again, but I'm torn because I have always liked their products. I just don't understand why the process is so broken. Never thought they were the kind of brand that would have this kind of practice. Worst online buying experience I've had in at least 5 years. Just really surprised.

Don't like this jacket interior lining makes it difficult to slip on and off. If possible I would like to return it!!

Nice jacket but definitely not sized properly. We ordered a 3XL but it was more like an extra large.

Three different coats were ultimately sent to me and all 3 were way way too small yet labeled the correct size. I wear a 2XL Tall and these were L at best.

The fleece lining in the body of the jacket extends about a quarter of the way down the sleeves, causing your shirt sleeves to constantly bunch up and restricts shoulder movement. Uncomfortable and annoying. Returned it.

I picked the wrong color. That's what I get. But all Bean stuff is high quality

I bought this jacket to replace my Bean 850 jacket when it wore out. This jacket simply is not up to Bean's standards. The fleece lining is cheap and loose, causing it to bunch in the armpits whenever I put it on. As the writeup states, it has only the two pockets - I never realized how much I used the additional pockets of the 850. Moreover, the pockets are so small that they barely hold winter gloves. While it may keep you warm while engaging in significant physical activity such as snowshoeing, expect to be cold if you have to simply stand around in it.

Decent Jacket, but about two sizes too small. Funny, the XL Vest I ordered at the same time (made in Bangladesh) fits just fine. Someone is working off a bad model and Bean isn't troubling themselves to do any quality control. Disappointing.

The 2xl was still too small I couldn't even zip the jacket plus I traded it in for the next size 3XL and still to small I think LL Bean should take a look at bigger people with bellies I sent it back once again

We moved back to the cold north this year so I bought this jacket for my 16 and 18 year old boys. The jacket (med black) seemed great until my son used it for a couple of weeks. The plastic zipper teeth started coming off so it doesn't zip well anymore. For $159 we hoped for better quality. We've been very happy w past llbean purchases. I'm going to try to return it. The other jacket (med blue) has not started losing teeth yet.

Cheaply made for an L.L. Bean product. Sleeves are too tight, lining comes out of sleeves when you put it on, thin, only 2 tiny pockets. Would not recommend.

The sleeves are too tight. I wear a long sleeve t-shirt and a pullover sweat shirt. Even with the t-shirt when I put the coat on the sleeves of mu t-shirt end up around my shoulders and I have to work them down to my wrists. This is very annoying and time consuming.

Beautiful jacket- exept zipper kept getting stuck in neck area

It was incredibly undersized. Label said Large but it was really a Small.

Returned - Ordered my normal size (XL) too fitted, not comfortable.

Even though coat is a tall the body of it is too short sleeves are long enough though
