I bought the 45L backpack about a month ago after thinking about my purchase for weeks. Best purchase I've ever made! I keep discovering new pockets! Excellent design and I highly recommend.

Solid Pack. I just spent a week in some pretty rough conditions throughout Iceland. The bag held up well, it was easy to move around with, and there is a place for everything. I found that it kept water out quite well, but I also used a rain cover for really wet situations. I used the 30L and it was perfect for camera gear, food, water, and some extra clothes.

I keep finding more thoughtful ways this bag solves all my needs for work and travel. The internal magnet pockets keep your small things like wallets and passports safe, hidden but accessible. The side pouch fits a field pouch really really nicely. The laptop sleeve fits both my computer and an extra screen and the luggage sleeve makes it so easy to travel with a roller bag

Was looking for a bag to carry my Apple Vision Pro headset without the giant apple case but keep it protected. This case with the adjustable shelving system, side entry, and semi-hard shell works perfectly. Used the top shelf for easy access to the AVP, fits snuggly there without any pressure points on the device and that left plenty of room in the rest of the bag for accessories. Able to travel with the AVP, MacBook pro, iPad Pro and headphones. Even with that amount of tech & weight, the backpack is very comfortable. I appreciate the magnets in the shoulder straps to keep things streamlined when not using them. I ordered 4 competitor bags to evaluate this with others and kept the Everyday backpack, great solution for my needs with aesthetics.

After spending considerable time with the Peak Design Everyday Backpack, I can confidently say it's an excellent choice for photographers looking for a durable, functional, and stylish camera gear carrier. The backpack's build quality is top-notch, with weather-resistant features that provide peace of mind in various shooting conditions. Its innovative design, particularly the origami dividers and dual side access, allows for easy organization and quick access to equipment, which is a game-changer on busy shooting days.
What truly set Peak Design apart for me, though, was their exceptional warranty service. I encountered a minor issue with one of the bag's zippers after months of rigorous use. I reached out to Peak Design, and their response was swift and beyond satisfactory. The warranty claim was handled efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process. They quickly resolved the issue, reinforcing my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their products.
In conclusion, the Peak Design Everyday Backpack isn't just a bag; it's a reliable companion for any photography venture, backed by a company that truly stands behind its products. The blend of thoughtful design, durability, and stellar customer service makes it a standout choice. It's clear that Peak Design isn't just about making sales; they're about building lasting relationships with their customers through quality and trust.

The very small details have been given a thought here.
1. The flexible laptop compartment. - Mind blown how they pulled off a level adjusting laptop compartment to fix all kinds of laptops.
2. The Magnetic shoulder straps . When you are not wearing its looks so clean . The shoulder straps dont dance around .
3. The dividers are crazy good. They way they are designed . You can create tons of combinations without even removing the dividers.
4. Lastly , the magnetic bag clip

This is my lifetime bag. It is pricey but I use it everyday for work, travel, and photography. The lifetime warranty is a huge draw. My zipper broke and they replaced the bag with no issues. Highly recommend if the bag suits your lifestyle.

I got this from reading other reviews and I'm so happy with my decision. It's amazing and has so many incredible features. I had my camera gear on my back all day doing street photography and was comfortable throughout. It's incredible. Just buy it!

The construction of this bag is very well built. The bag is well designed and have many useful features from the v1 version. Mainly the magnets holding the straps and the outside pockets was a nice added touch. Also the warrantee is the best in the camera world.

This bag is sleek, functional, lightweight, and protective. I use this bag to bring my 16" M2 MacBook Pro to and from work, along with smaller accessories such as the Peak Design tech pouch and my umbrella. It handles the job well. I particularly appreciate the design of the shoulder straps, which distribute the weight nicely across my shoulders and back. I own many Peak Design products, and this bag lives up the Peak Design quality standard.

I have been using this as an everyday backpack to office and its been a great fit for me. One thing that could have worked better for me is if had an option to add the sternum strap a little lower. Right now it sits high on the chest. Another major concern is the scuff marks it picks up after everyday use.

I bought Everyday Backpack 30L on Jan 2024, it is literally the best daily backpack I've have had. The design is great, the side-openning make it very easy to grasp camera and shoot photos. You can always reorgnize the inside with the divider. I took it with me to CES 2024, it's great to fit all my camera gears, Macbook Pro, iPad, cables, clothes and food. It's durable, and very comfortable even with heavy weight inside. As a frequent traveller, the side opening make it very easy to check out at security checking site. Highly recommend for photographer, technology worker, frequent traveller!

I have the 30L in Black, and I've only had this for 6 weeks so I have not used all the features yet.
The Black color is all-black on the outside, which I love.
The 30L size is perfect for winter. During winter I also carry a sweater, gloves, beanie, earmuffs, headlamp, and scarf inside the bag, in addition to everything else. In summer I would carry a lightweight layer plus a large water bottle, which would take a similar amount of space but a different configuration of the dividers inside. While in theory I might be able to fit all of this into the 20L if fully expanded, I think the 30L is a better fit for me.
Being able to use the provided straps for securing tall items in the external side pockets means I can have a large umbrella in the external side pocket and it won't fall out or wobble. I haven't been able to do this with other backpacks.
Another great feature is the anti-theft zippers.
The laptop storage area is excellent. I really love how the laptop compartment can be raised for easy access for smaller laptops like my 14-inch MacBook Pro. Near the laptop is also space for documents, and some pouches for organization.
I also purchased the Hip Belt accessory and use it during longer walks (I sometimes walk for my commute back). It works very well with the backpack.
The external carry straps are very versatile. I haven't tried carrying anything crazy yet, just a tall winter jacket.
However, if Peak Design makes a V3 of this bag a few years down the line, one feature I would like to see is something similar to Osprey's LidLock to make it extremely quick and easy to attach a helmet. I know this is a one-trick pony request and it could be a separate optional accessory, but that is the only feature of Osprey that I miss.

I'm 3 years into using my second everyday backpack, after getting 4 years out of my first one. This generation bag has been perfectly durable, hardly any signs of wear, no technical or quality problems, and I still think it stands out in a huge crowded market that has sprung up around camera bags. The 30L is the perfect bag for my telephoto lens and I love the versatility that the interior offers. Wondering if I'll ever need a 3rd one?

As a student i can say that this backpack is perfect for daily use. The way it is designed is really good to keep everything organized and accessible.
The materials are pretty resistible, my only complaint is that the main metal lock (or however you call it) get scratched easily. But besides that I really recommend it.

Brought several months ago to replace my travel backpack. I got the 30L. So far so good. The video was great in helping me set it up for the first time. Was just a tiny bit deep so fitting under the seat so upon return moved the dividers at a slight slant a fit fine. Might depend on the airlines and class. love. the adjustable depth for my laptop and not need to bring an extra sleeve for it. Same area ac combated my reader. easy to access as I tend to return with everything packed top the max. Easy cleanable material and love the straps to attach a coat or my rumple( down blanket). love all the pockets.
The latch I can do one handed now that I have mastered it and I do have arthritis. love that the straps are kept in place when not in use by magnets, so m much more manageable. I'm sure I will find the best spots for favorite things in the multiple pockets.
