I love Altra shoes. I have 3 pairs of them. I have 2 Timp 4 pairs which I love. I have bad foot problems and was in a lot of pain for years until I went to REI and they told me about Altra. That was a blessing. I really like the wide toe box. They are good shoes for sure. I wear them to work every day and stand up all day.

GREAT support for those with flat feet. I don't get shin splints when running long distances. These are a new favorite!!!

12 shifts on my feet, battling plantar fasciitis and returned my HOKAs when I found these. Supportive in the right places for my higher arches. I bought two pairs.

I always choose Altra because of the wide toe box. These fit very well and are very comfortable. I will definetely purchase again.

My first pair of altars and I love them. I put plain blue laces in which is more my aesthetic. I'm a nurse working 12+ hour shifts and these are the best, plus they were on a great sale. The shoes are pricey for me, but I will continue to keep an eye out for sales.

I have been looking for shoes like these ever since I started to get bunions (ugh) about 10 years ago. The ball/toe area of my foot is wider than normal but the rest of my foot is average width, so shoes were always too loose (lots of rubbing) or they squashed my toes together. With these, my toes have enough room at last! I love that there is also more padding under the ball of my foot, because I would also get pain here when running or walking in other shoes. I even lost five pounds since getting them a few weeks ago because I am moving around more again. They are very slightly on the bigger side size-wise - I got an 8 1/2 and am usually 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the brand. But they are comfortable!

The only shoes I can put on out of the box and feel comfortable, perfect! Nice cushion too!

I work on my feet on a concrete floor. I alternate between these and a pair of the Olympus 4. The Olympus is better for heavier work days but the Provision is great for "in between" days (I like to switch out my shoes every other day). They're the perfect combo!

I didn't feel like this shoe supported my foot well at the beginning. I was hesitant sending them back right away so I kept using them for about a week. Now, they feel so comfortable and supportive, my feet are happy! I think they require breaking in and your feet adapting to not only 0 mm drop but also the form of the shoe. Definitely became an Altra fan now!

I have been searching for a walking shoe since having foot and ankle surgeries. This Provision 6 is the answer! The shoe is so comfy from the wide toe bed to the way the shoe is constructed to hit below my ankle bone where I had surgery. Extremely happy with my new Provisson 6. No breaking in necessary - ran a 1/2 marathon and they were great!

I chose the women's Provision 6 because they have lots of cushioning that I need to help with Morton's Neuroma. This is my 4th pair of Altras and I get a different type each time. They are always adding new styles and there are so many different types to choose from!

I received these running shoes as a gift and they are great for my feet. They feel equally supportive and do not rub anywhere on my feet or ankles. I like the subtle color and the fabric. I lace my shoes according to how my feet fit in the shoe and don't need to tie them when I slip them on every time so that's helpful too. Thanks for an exceptional sneaker, they work for me!

I have been using this shoes for walk/running and it has been perfect! So far only have gone up to 10 miles at a time. It is light for a stability shoe!
