These are the best and most comfortable workout shoes I have ever worn, the zero drop helps take pressure off my old knees and there is alot of room for toe splay.

I use these for hiking. Super comfortable. The wide toe box makes so much sense. Shoe design I've always needed.

My wife and I each bought a pair in preparation for some section and day hikes on the AT this spring. This shoe paired with good socks fits and wears great. Grips all trail conditions well and has remained like new after 20-30 miles. 70+ mile GA section hike will be its next test.

Primarily used for walking and hiking. Great fit and feel - seem to last well after many miles on paved/concrete roads. Other brands' soles wear out too quickly for the way I use my shoes.

Most comfortable shoe I every wore

My foot doctor told me about the shoes the wide toebox. My husband and I will never wear any shoes but these. I totally love these shoes.

I bought these about 6 months ago and so far have put 150 miles on them and they are holding up great I have had many trail shoes and by far these are my favorite

Hiking, backpacking, whatever. This shoe can do it all comfortably.

I have struggled for several years to find a hiking shoe that did not cause my bunion to ache within an hour or two - until now The Altra Lone Peak 6 in wide size has made hiking a joy. I just bought a second pair to make sure I have a backup for my next backpacking trip.

Bought newer models but they are over made. Too much material and foot constriction. These are great holds my foot in place and lots of room for toe splay.

This is my second pair. Bought the first one for trail running. Loved the comfort and performance. started wearing them for everyday use. Now I am hooked. Highly recommended!

Some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I don't use them for trail running, but I'm a fitness coach and am on my feet all day. Now my feet aren't sore and fatigued so I can run after work!

Awesome product for anyone interested in getting your feet back to nature. Altra is the only shoe I will ever buy.

Us the shoe for rucking. Good feel of the trail, and plenty of room in the toe box. Great design.

I have 3 pair and keep buying more just to have those version in my closet when one pair needs to be retired ! Love this show and truly makes it difficult to go back to a standard narrow toe shoe! 100% recommended!

Walking and running. Very comfortable and fit perfectly.

My one "do it all" shoe. Hiking, running, traveling, going to the store. They do it all. The original foot shape does my feet wonders. PLEASE don't make these any narrower in the future. Also would love to see a Vibram sole, a little more durability, and a road version of this with the original foot shape. But overall great shoe.

If I'm not wearing these shoes, I have anxiety. I once had to wear crocs for three days and it ruined my back but the second I put these back on I was fixed. Now I have a panic attack every time I don't have my shoes.

Short runs and land training. Just what I needed. No negatives yet

This is my favorite shoe. It has a good amount of cushion with good rebound, fantastic grip, and it hugs my foot perfect so I feel secure. I got a size big because it seems a little short, but the width is perfect. I truly have never been so happy with a shoe. I take it hiking, road running, trail running etc. I'm also a big guy (260lbs) and the cushion still feels soft and bouncy.

If you're a browsing customer: these shoes are worth trying. Perfect for trail run and/or hiking. If you're an Altra employee: make a road comp! How is this the only shoe if it's kind?

Very happy with these shoes. Nice to have something that fits
