We've only ever used two brands of snow boots for our son, who is now 10. For the last 5 years, these boots are all he wants to wear. The quality is outstanding, the tread is unbeatable - and the extra set of liners is totally worth it! There has been times too much snow got inside his boots and he needed them for school the next day - we would switch out the liner.We also use our boot dryer and leave the liners in. The whole boot and liner are dry by the next morning. When my son outgrows them, we are able pass them on (which is great for a 10 year old boy to not destroy them!!) - and also both sets of liners. Great price for the quality!

I have been buying my son these boots for 8 years. He says they are comfortable and warm, and I like the extra liners that are included The height of the boot is also good because it keeps the snow out. Would recommend these boots for anyone who spends time in the snow or cold.

The only boot we will buy for our kids!

I have purchased these boots for my daughters multiple times over the years. We live in Northern Maine and spend a lot of time outside playing in the snow. Their feet stay warm and dry. Sometimes, in the Spring, their feet may get a little wet, but they come with an extra liner that is easy to swap out. I bought Bogs for my daughters one year and then I switched back to these again because they complained about their feet getting wet and cold with the Bogs. These boots are durable. I usually get 2 winters out of each pair before they are outgrown, and then they are still in good enough shape to be passed down. They are well worth the money.

LL Bean makes the best boots! These are super warm and comfortable.

Love these warm and economical kids boots! I've been buying these boots for my girls for years because I haven't found a comparable quality boot, for the money, any where else in the market place. Limited color choices are a drawback, especially for girls, but the black and gray boots are probably acceptable for most boys. The boots come with an extra boot liner, which is wonderful and makes passing these along to younger siblings feasible.

These boots are fabulous! 3 out of my 4 kids have these boots and have no complaints at all. We live in an area with A LOT of snow and sometimes very messy, wet snow, and these boots have kept them warm and dry. I don't waste my time or money on any other winter boots after finding these. They do run big but once you know that, just buy accordingly.

These are really great boots. Grand daughter had a big growth spurt so she outgrew her last pair. Hope these will last a couple years. These boots will be outgrown before they ever wear out. These do appear to run large.

My daughter already had a pair of winter boots, but they were pink and convincing her to wear them was near impossible. I purchased a pair in graphite for her instead. The boots arrived at about the same time as repeated snow fall and dropping temperatures. No longer any arm twisting required, she wears them every day. Now she brings a change of shoes to school, only on days that she has P.E., otherwise the boots are her daily footwear.

We have been using this boot from 'll bean for several winters. My son has a high instep.and these are easy to get on, the Velcro can be loosened to allow room to get his foot in. His feet are NEVER cold or wet from even a foot if snow, only if he walks in mud puddles lol. But that's when the 2nd liner comes im handy. Great winter snow boot! Will be getting another pair for next winter

spent Christmas in nh- -23 degrees- our grandson stayed outside, which fit like forever- when he came in his feet were still warm-- 2 sets of fillers- one for this year and one for next year!good buy, good price

When you purchase from LL Bean, you are getting a great product anyways! These boots are awesome, I am a woman who wears a size 7, and purchased the kids size 6 and they fit great. I love that they have an extra liner, so when I do wear them forever, I will be able to switch them out to let them dry. We purchased these same boots for my 2 and 4 year old, and they fit great, they are warm, and they aren't bulky. They stay on your feet, unlike the Bogs where they fall off kids feet when you are walking up a hill (talk about cold feet and tears!). I am super impressed with these boots!

These are great for kids, the removable liners make them ideal for washing and drying, no stinky boots!

Year after year, we buy these for the kids. They fit great, are durable, and no one complains of cold toes. Each pair goes through 3 kids - that's 3 winters - all while showing little, to no, wear. It's what shies us away from the competition and keeps us coming back to the Bean.

These boots are well made & built to last so you can pass them down to someone else... very warm and will keep their feet dry, too! We've always loved any boots we've purchased from Bean.They come with an extra pair of liners, in case any snow sneaks down inside the boot during sledding, etc. This rarely happens because of another feature I love, which is that they are taller than most boots...great for keeping snow from getting inside!

I've purchased several pair of these over the years for children and now grandchildren . They have been passed down through four or five different kids. Definitely worth the money

These are fantastic boots for my four year old. They are durable, waterproof, easy to get on and off, and arrive with an extra set of boot liners so you can still use the boots if one pair of liners gets wet. I did buy a size larger than expected but hope he can wear them again next year too.

I have been buying these boots for my children for years. I buy a size up so I can get two winters out of them, then pass them down to my 2nd child and she gets two winters out of them too. They still look almost new at the end of 4 winters. We have tried other brands every so often and we always come back to these. My daughter even wore them out in the snow for three hours last weekend with no socks and her feet were sweaty by the time she came in...thats how unbelievably warm they are!

These are great boots. My son said they keep his feet very warm and dry all day! They are such a great value as well, especially on sale!

We've tried other more expensive brands (even Bogs) but we keep coming back to these boots since they hold up the best...especially the durable treads!

Been using these for 3 years now (kids ages 8 & 5). Nice & rugged, keep the snow out. The extra liners that are included ensures the inside of the boot can always be dry! Much better than one-piece boots, in my experience. Zero complaints.

Our grandchildren were facing a winter without the proper footwear being purchased early. Having been a happy LLBean customer for years, I knew right where to go. We are so happy. The boots fit great, removal felt liners are awesome and now the kiddies are praying for snow!

Purchased two pairs of these boots for both my grandsons. They are the perfect height for kids to play in the snow without getting the snow down their boots. The boots are very easy for the boys to get them on and off, even the 3 year old. They are also very rugged and warm. Great purchase.

I have lost count at how many of these boots I have purchased for my children over the years, but I'm guessing at least 5. They are perfect snow boots with removable liners (comes with two pair!) My children never complain of cold or wet feet and spend hours out in the snow. The quality is so good in these boots-like all Bean products, that I am able to pass these boots down from my oldest to youngest and then pass them on to nieces and nephews. They are that good!
