Perfect size for beginning kindergarten. Plus the monogram was able to inscribe our granddaughters 8 letter namelands end would only script up to 7 letters so we're glad we went with the llbean bag.

Love the backpack but the monogram is so small can barely see it. Had several people comment on backpack but laugh at monogram.

My son was over the moon when he saw his new backpack. (It didn't hurt that we had him pick it out and select the text & color of his initials) He can't wait to actually use it for school! Quality seems just as good as my first Bean pack from nearly 30 years ago. Has worked very well so far for snacks, stuffed animals and his dinos...

High quality backpack and my granddaughter loves it!

My grandson picked out the print for his first day of kindergarten. It looks sturdy and I am sure he will outgrow it before it wears out. It will fit anything he needs to carry. I chose not to personalize it for safety reasons. It's age appropriate and not too babyish.

So durable, amazing quality. This thing is a huge jr backpack absolutely perfect for pre school. A million times better sized than another popular small backpack from a different company. This one blows it away. Easily will fit the lunchbox, which we bought, change of clothes, water bottle, and still room. Wish my older kids had this when they were in pre school!!!!!

Great size for a toddler. A classic well-made backpack.

Super cute, good quality. Fits my 5-yr-old well. She can zip most of the zippers herself but the main one that has a flap (for rain?) is hard (she has fine motor delays). Got it monogrammed and it looks nice.
