I use this shoe for the gym and general day wear. The color combination is the most pleasing to my eye. It's also a great fit and comfortable. I didn't think I'd like the look of the thicker sole, but now that I've worn them, I satisfied with it.

Typical solid support and cushioning and love the new colours.

I have minor sciatic issues. Great shoes are essential for preventing pain while I run. These shoes provide incredible support and cushion and I experience no pain running in them. I LOVE them.

I tried the V11's and returned them due to the awful heel design. I was very excited to see some early marketing on these showing the more traditional heel and I purchased a pair as soon as they became available. I have about 50 miles in these so far and love how comfortable they are. They have a nice soft feel underfoot but still firm enough to keep up the pace over some other competitors in this category. Foot heel and mid foot lockdown is very stable for me but plenty of room for my feet to spread out in the forefoot. They do run a tad big, but I was still happy I went with my normal size.

Great fit and feel. Awesome updates from earlier 1080 11 series.

I like the 993 much better comfort, support and more stable base

I wore these all weekend on a trip to the parks. I put them on and forgot about them, never thought about my feet again. Stable and plush. Will definitely buy another pair.

I do between 80-100 miles a week and these shoes offer tremendous cushioning and comfort

The v12's have great cushion but the new heal counter feels a bit overdone. I prefer the v11's fit and heal counter. I also liked the v9's mid foot lockdown, but the v10's felt too loose around the mid foot. Everyone's foot is a bit different, so it's nice NB has different 1080 options.

Really nice to see more brands with real world Toe Boxes. Usually order 1/2 up and Extra wide, probably could have just ordered 1/2 up. Shoe felt great, out of the box; nice kind of cushiony. Upgraded the laces. Will see how they hold up with high mileage. A bit pricey..

This 1080 v12 is the most comfortable sneakers I've ever bought & worn. Love the new style and definitely give an extra Boost after each step. Awesome sneaker and about to buy another pair.

I've put hundreds of miles on versions 10 and 11 of the 1080, and I can say that version 12 is the better of the three by a considerable margin. Most of it has to do with getting rid of the god-awful "UltraHeel" but there are other subtle improvements that take the 12 to the next level. First, the Fresh Foam tuning. This is still your long haul, easy miles daily cruiser, but the compound in the 12 is slightly (really, just slightly) firmer, slightly bouncier than previous versions. I've found myself enjoying the ride far more than I expected. The Fresh Foam here is dense, substantial, and it feels durable. Second, there as been a slight improvement on the lockdown across the midfoot, which I was not expecting but it feels welcome. In versions 10 and 11, I remember often feeling like the the top and sides of my foot were irritated by the rigid structure that surrounded the midfoot cage--not quite Ultraboost midfoot cage territory, but still enough to notice. Now, I feel very well locked down without any sort of obvious bunching, pinching, or other unpleasantness. I think some of this has to do with a better heel lockdown; I'm simply not cranking the laces like I felt I had to before. But the rest of the upper has improved, too, which is commendable. Finally, the shoe just *looks* better. I love the design of this version, and it makes me want to reach for it more. The weird veiny vibe of 10 and 11 is gone, and I couldn't be happier about that. Overall, what a shoe, and what an improvement! I'm so excited to spend the summer cruising in the 1080v12.

This newest version of the 1080 fresh foam is the best yet! Last 2 versions had weak heel construction that broke and was non functional.

Some improvements here and there but overall bleh. Have the shoes for two weeks and can't say anything special about them.

The v10 was the best version of the 1080. Fit and bounce is still off since v11, particularly around the ankle (v11 was atrocious with heel slip -- I had to go half-size down -- this isn't much better). Hopefully, they realize they've made mistakes and backtrack. The 1080 used to have its own POV -- this wears like a worse version of heavy cushion competitors.

Love these shoes. Didn't need to break them in, just perfect right out of the box. The previous version was a bit too loose unfortunately so I am very happy they added more cushion around the ankle and heel.

As most reviews have stated, this shoe runs large. It's snug in the midfoot, but has extra length and width in the toe box. I measure an 11.5+ C/D on a Brannock and usually fit perfect in a 12D, but I guess I should have ordered an 11.5 in this case, and maybe even narrow. Beautiful shoe and felt great to try on and stand in. Follow everyone's advice and order 1/2 size down from your normal purchase size. I would have kept them even with the extra length if it weren't for the extra width as well.

Absolutely love shoes very comfortable this product was true to word , I bought sketchers which were not of comfort which they guaranteed I returned them very unhappy! My friend introduced me to Balance I am 100percent Happy Thank you

One of the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn but the foam soles deteriorated after just one run and now I have bits and pieces of white foam hanging from the side of the shoe. I wouldn't buy this product again. I wish I could return the shoes or get a credit.

Love the new 1080s! So comfortable out if the box. The new heel is very supportive and will not smush like the V10&11. Tie box is mire Ronny like the V9s.

I've been wearing 1080 for a few years now. Great shoe the also comes in 4E. I guess a lot of folks dont have wider feet, since many manufactures dont offer them

By far the best shoe they make. This shoe offers great support and still a cloud like feel.

My wide, hard-to-fit feet now have their perfect shoe. Incredibly comfortable and lightweight with lots of support for someone who wears them all the time!

The most comfortable walking shoe I have ever owned!
