This jacket is comfortable and warm. I love the way it fits. The downside is that little feathers keep coming out of the inside liner. Not my favorite thing to take my jacket off and have little feathers on my shirt. I'll still keep it and wear it, but I wish there was a stronger liner underneath the fleece in the top half of the jacket.

I needed a jacket with a lining that was silky and wouldn't grab onto my clothes as I put it on.

Great coat but was too tight on the shoulders. I am normally a size 10 and a Bean coat being a medium would normally fit but it's tight around my upper back and frontal zone. Or maybe I am shaped weird I don't know but I sent it back for a large so I definitely like it.

Jacket to tight and small. Can only wear tess shirt underneath.

The coat was generous in size. I did not like that the hood and collar were one big piece. There was no inside pocket which is needed. The lining made it difficult to slide your arm in the sleeves. I returned the jacket.

Arms are too tight to wear anything but a tshirt and body is too roomy. Hood and length and color are great, but not wearable. Sizing up was too big.

Love the jacket and have another medium from Llbean, but this one needs to be sized up. Very disappointed that the large is not available and that now I need to pay to ship this one back :(

I wanted to love this for ranch work, but the sleeves were fleeced lined and with my bad shoulder couldn't get my arms in easily enough. had to return. wish there was one that is not fleece lined. the size was correct.

This jacket is so cute, the fit is nice and the hood is good and fitted as well. But there is a HUGE issue with the lining. The upper body and first portion of sleeve (think short sleeved shirt) is lined in fleece. Because the upper portion of the sleeve is lined in fleece, your shirt bunches up really bad at the shoulders/pits (even if you hold your shirt cuff when inserting arm) so you have to stick your other arm down the coat sleeve and push everything in place otherwise it is super concomfortable. Bummer.

I own several LLBean jackets and every one has a zippered chest pocket (sometimes interior, sometimes exterior) but this jacket does not! I'm really surprised. Where are you supposed to put your wallet or other items you want to keep safe while on a winter hike or skiing? I'd like someone from LLBean to address this. Thanks!

Feathers poke through outside of jacket often. Sleeve lining pops out around wrists when putting coat on. Otherwise fits well, and kept me warm in avg 15-30 degree temps this week. I appreciate the waist cinch. Currently 5'5", 198#, XL fits nicely with room for layers underneath.

I ordered a size up knowing LLBean fits snug when they are lined. The jacket was huge everywhere but my arms. The arms were too tight so I had to return. I can't even imagine what the arms would have been like on my actual size.

I don't like that you can physically see feathers peeking through and coming out of the coat.

I loved this jacket at first but after a few weeks of usage, it started shedding a ton of feathers. Feathers are everywhere at this point. I love the color and cut of this jacket but it sheds way too much. I would not purchase it again.

I had my 1st one a few years ago. I loved the fit, lightweight, warm. BUT, the filling just kept coming out on the inside. Was so bad, all my clothes were filled with the down filling. Got rid of it. Purchased another one but different color, same problem. Not worth it!

Sleeves far too tight even thought the jacket itself is much bigger than it needs to be.

Way to small. I have multiple ll bean jackets in XL. I can wear layers with those jacket. I couldn't do that with this one. I was disappointed.

This jacket is beautiful. It's my first petite winter jacket and fits great. However, it was delivered just 2 days ago. Today is my second day wearing it and it's losing feathers. Alot of tiny feathers. Very disappointing considering the price. Further, the list price on the website was $170, but the tag on the jacket was $149. Quite a difference given that it's evidently not great quality.

Brought on one trip to iceland; it and my black puffer are already pilling/shedding little white feathers all over. Very disappointed.

Love this coat-cute, comfy, and warm. Got it last winter. I had to stop wearing it this year because the feathers kept coming out all the time. I couldn't wear it over dark shirts at all. Even though I like the coat a lot, I will be looking for a new one somewhere else.

I bought this coat thinking I was buying something that would keep me warm and dry. The warmth is great, however there is nothing remotely rain resistant about it. Being out in an light rain for more than 10 minutes will leave you drenched through the coat and your clothes... thus nullifying the warmth factor that is really nice in cold, clear weather. It's really not worth the purchase if you live, or are planning to travel, anywhere cold and rainy/snowy. Sadly I can't give this a 5 star no matter how much I want to.

I bought this coat a couple of months ago thinking it would take me through the cold weather. I was wrong. Coat not so warm in 18 degree NJ weather. Still had to wear a heavy sweater with it. Also sleeve lining starting to fall out. But the color is beautiful

The jacket is warm and looks nice outside, but only thing is that so many feathers coming out from the inner fleece lining even from the first day I got it. It is really annoying, because they will stick to whatever I wear under the jacket and I am afraid to wash it, as it may become worse. It is not a cheap jacket so I think they should not have this issue.

I love the jacket -- especially the colors. However, I purchased a larger size (M) to accommodate wearing bulky sweaters underneath at times. I am 91 yrs. old, I weigh 111 lbs and 5 ft tall. I feel this jacket was wrongly sized. It fits me okay -- but snug depending what else I have on. I guess I should have ordered a larger size.

The internal circumference of the arms/sleeves is somewhat too narrow. Wearing bulky sweaters and trying to get the jacket on is MUCH tighter than I prefer. Needs more room in the upper arm circumference.
