So warm! Keeps me warm even on a Chicago winter day below 0 degrees. Love all the pockets. Only wished it synched a little at the waist so it would be warmer

Love this coat! Perfect for long walks on these very cold New Hampshire days! The fleece lining in hood and upper body is cozy and provides extra warmth. Really appreciate the double opening pockets! Items (like iPhones!) can fit in pocket and stay safe with snap closure. Hands can slide into side pockets without dislodging store items. The length is good for me-6ft and sleeves just long enough. Bought size medium, (144lbs) and Jacket fits nicely and doesn't look like a sleeping bag. Tried on A LOT of coats and this was without a doubt the best choice.

Just tried out this coat on a 15F day in Wisconsin. I was very pleased, super warm. I actually took the hood off! I like all the pockets. I'm 5' 6", 128lb and an XS has plenty of room for layering.

Extremely warm and cozy. It was 43F and didn't even notice. It's definitely puffy so don't expect to look slim in it.

As advertised, this coat is super warm and the hood stays on to protect your head too. I have 2 suggestions. Please add an inside pocket. (I don't know why women's coats don't have these.) Even though the coat is very warm, I do like to wear a layer underneath. The sleeves are a tiny bit snug with an under-layer. Maybe make them a smidgen bigger?

Looks classy, comfortable, perfect pockets, hood plush and easy to tighten or loosen. Fleece lining is so fluffy and soft and warm. Length below knee(I'm 5'11").Sleeve Length is long enough. Super warm and comfortable and Luxurious, outer fabric soft, Best of All: Easy to zip on or off quickly! (No snap closure on top of zipper); which takes too much time and effort. I LOVE this coat!!!

Do I look like a Telletubby in this coat? Yes. A giant marshmallow? Affirmative. Like I'm wearing a sleeping bag? Correct. Do I love it anyways? I do - so much!!! It's warm and soft and cozy and yes cute and stylish - just not exactly slenderizing. But what winter coat is? I'm so tired of shiny winter coats with fake fur trim - trying to be - what? Sexy? Come on. This coat is made for Adventure! Also walking to work and other boring stuff like that. But every morning when I put it on it sparks joy. And that's not nothing.

I really like this coat. It is warm, fluffy, and the pockets are very versatile.The hood is cozy but doesn't block your vision. The side zippers at the bottom of the coat allow me to open or close them depending if I am walking or sitting. I was attracted to the coat immediately because of the color.

My friends told me to size up a coat instead of getting a maternity coat, so I went all out for this one. I am a flat chested, pear shaped, athletic, usually 8-10/ LL Bean small. I ordered this in medium. It has so many great features for my eight months pregnant shape, including the side zippers at the bottom for extra wiggle room and the double zipper for the front. I think it will get me to my early February due date. It's very warm coat. I love that you can jam your hands straight into the patch pockets, which are so big they a great stand-in for a purse. The best feature, though, is the hood. This is a coat at its best zipped all the way up with the hood on- it is like a big hug! I never thought I would love a hood so much, it was the part I was most ambivalent about. I will wear this coat until it falls apart.

Runs a bit big . Would normally order a large . The medium fit perfect . Very warm. Love this coat.

A great coat! I just moved to Massachusetts from Texas and am not used to the cold weather at all. I am SO glad I got this coat-- it's super warm and cuts through all the wind. Definitely recommend this coat!!! Worth the $$.

I purchased this coat at the Mashpee, MA store. This jacket runs big, I typically wear a large but purchased a small (5'10" -158lbs). Plenty of room for a sweater. I love the Sherpa hood for cold days. I've walked in 38 degrees damp weather with the dogs and it kept me very warm! This is just what I wanted for walking in the cold temperatures. Thank you LLBEAN.. you never disappoint!!

I just wore this coat for the first time today. It was 40 degrees on the Beach in Delaware with a strong wind off the ocean. I didn't feel a thing! The coat is very warm, soft, and not heavy to wear. It's not pretty, but it does its job!

Very toasty and comfy coat! I did read reviews that there wasn't much shape and that's true- pretty much straight down. I do like that you can unzip the bottom so you have a longer stride and there's also bottom side zippers that give you space too (that I didn't discover til recently!). The sherpa lining is nice and soft and love it around the hood, I feel like it helps keep the hood in place too instead of sliding back or forward when its the same material as the shell. I do wish there were snaps as I used them often on my old similar style coat- maybe because I'm pregnant and its harder and harder to bend down to start the zipper LOL. Love the extra pockets- cargo ones secured with snaps which I use the most and side ones secured with zippers.

Excellent all purpose winter coat for living in Buffalo, NY. I could go shopping in this and not be too hot but I could also shovel 4ft of snow off of my car and be toasty. Not the intense warmth that would be required for winter camping, but overall excellent. I am 5'8" and the length hits me just above the knee which is optimal for frigid winter winds. Overall would recommend.

So warm and comfortable. have gotten so many complements already. lightweight compared to winter jackets I've had prior- but also still very warm. highly recommend!

I initially likef the coat, however the photo provided in the photo of the burgundy hade spectacle about the photos....they looed like an afterthought. After debating if I should purchase it or not finally drove to one of the auxiliary stores and tried one on and looked at the pockets..I really liked it and ordered the blue on line. The coat is very comfortable, warm and llooks great. Many complements.

The coat seemed well made and I'm sure it would have kept me warm and cozy. It is on the boxier side, which doesn't bother me. I returned it because the pockets were too low for me to put my hands in, but I am 5'3 so if you're taller this might not be a problem.

Got this for Christmas gift for my daughter she loves it gave it to her earlier she was going to New York thought it would keep her warm will it was unbelievable warm
