I bought this coat for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!

This coat is so comfortable and warm! It's kind of like having a down comforter wrapped around you! Today the windchill was 20, and when the wind blew, I felt nothing, I was warm as could be in my new coat. I highly recommend this coat if you were looking for a comfortable, warm, stylish, winter coat.

I bought this coat as a gift for myself for Christmas and I'm so happy I did. I love this coat! It's so warm but light weight and comfortable. Just in time for all the cold weather we're having.

Bought this coat for my daughter who usually wears heavy zip up hoodies. She picked the coat and wears it all the time!! She loves it!! Keeps her so warm and it's not bulky. The Sherpa lining is not only in the hood but also the upper half of the coat. Great coat!

This coat has a nice fit, excellent quality, and feels very warm. I tried it on at the retail store. I am replacing the women's ultra warm 3/4 length coat that I've had for years. This coat has more fashion detail but I've decided that I prefer the simple style of the ultra warm coat so I'm going to return this to the store and purchase the 3/4 length ultra warm coat again. (Also I prefer a removable hood).

warm, comfy and perfect for wintertime in the mountains

This is a very warm wind- and rain-resistant coat with a hood I can actually use! This is my daily dog walking coat for the winter and I tried 4 or 5 before settling on this one. Has great big pockets, I can comfortably zip it up over my lower face when a bitterly cold wind is blowing, and the hood is super soft and quiet inside, not to mention fits on my head without drooping over my whole face. (One other brand I tried had a 'swishy' hood lining that I found annoyingly noisy and the hood was so oversized it was unusable) I am delighted with the utility of this coat. I also like the light grey, which is more visible for dusk and night time walking. The green is lovely in person, too, though.

I'm so glad I bought this coat as it has been keeping me toasty warm on cold and windy winter walks by the beach. The quality is great, the pockets hold a lot and the hood fits perfectly and is warm. The sizing is accurate, though I did size up since I wear bulky sweaters. All in all, I am incredibly happy with my purchase.

If you want to enjoy winter, get this coat. It is warm without feeling bulky. I've had several people ask me about it.

I'm 62 and love this coat! It's down and very warm. I'm 5'6 and it's not too long. The main things I love are the hood, which is the perfect size with a warm lining - the woolly lining, and how soft the coat is. I tried on many in other stores near me and if they seemed warm, they were often really stiff. The bit under your chin is not too hard/stiff either. I walk my dog four times a day in Michigan, it keeps me so much warmer than my old coat.

If youre looking for something very warm this is the coat. Ive had mine for a few years now and have followed the washing instructions and air dried. Its held up nicely. Ive never been cold in this coat in the Midwest.

This wonderful coat was a replacement for a similar LLBean coat I've had for years - maybe 20-25 years. This new one, is as equally warm as the old one, a complete pleasure to wear for brisk winter walks, easy in & out of vehicles, perfect sizing so no bulky sweaters are needed. I love it!!!

Fabulous, ultra warm, large hood providing excellent coverage.

I bought this in hopes of having a coat finally keeping me warm during Michigan's wonderful winters. And it is one of the best coats I've ever had. In the usual coats I've had in the past, I would have been freezing by the middle of a long walk. This wasn't the case with this coat. I felt warm and cozy throughout. Wonderful coat for this time of year.

I wore this coat for the first time yesterday to walk my dogs. It was in the low 30's and very windy, the coat kept me warm and toasty.

I LOVE this jacket!! I live in the Adirondack mountains, the winters are very cold and very long. This jacket is perfect for the winter climate here. it looks great too, Everyone compliments me.

Beautiful warm coat! Was looking for a new down coat and this is it! I APPRECIATE the logo move to the shoulder as opposed to wearing the logo like a badge on my chest. Thank you LLB for listening to the logo wars! My normal size of SM was plenty roomy but no need for layering in this baby! The Silver Moon is a nice color!

Bought last year and looking forward to wearing this winter. As a teacher, it's perfect for recess time during the winter. I spend time outside with my family/grandchildren throughout the winter and it's so warm, long enough, and the side zippers are very convenient for comfort in the car. I love the green color. The hood is very warm, as I'm not a hat person. Happy to own this one.

This is a great coat! I spend a good amount of time outside, as I work for an elementary school. It keeps me warm without a ton of layers and shields me from the wind. It's like being wrapped in a blanket! It's a great length with zippers on the side that will give me some extra wiggle room when I have to add ski pants as the winter weather progresses. I anticipate having this coat for many many years making the hefty price tag worth it. I would definitely recommend this coat.
