I'm 5"10 and 165 lbs, I ordered the large initially, which was too big. I ended up going down to a medium, which fits better. This coat is like a big blanket! Love it's cozy feel. I also love the retro look, I've seen a few coats this season that have this vibe, and I'm digging it. Went with the Kelp Green but also love the Nautical Navy and Burgundy colors, nice earthy palettes, which I appreciate for winter which can be gray and long in the northeast. Great warmth for winter's here in the northeast. Overall very happy with my purchase. Keep making coats in these nice earthy colors!

Great, warm, comfy coat! I love how it feels and the way it helps me manage these cold winter days in the Midwest.

I am very pleased with this coat, thus far. It fits well, is nice length, and most important it keeps me very warm. Out side in 4 degree weather and stayed warm. I'll will have to see over time how it holds up.

Love this ! I have the olive color which is gorgeous, the coat is so warm and the Sherpa lining incredibly cozy. I got a large and it's roomy for me but I like it that way. I'm 5'3" and 150lbs and average to petite in size. I like to layer, but this is so warm you don't really need to. I could have worn a medium I am sure, but I prefer looser. I love the hood size too. It's not so big I can't see. The pockets are so fabulous! No more worrying that my keys or phone will fall out. The only slight negative is I can feel the sherpa on my back and it kind of feels a little like I have extra material back there, like a hoodie hood on my back if that makes sense. It's a little distracting but I'm getting use to it. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and I know it will last for a very long time, as all my LL Bean jackets do.

Wearing this coat is like being wrapped up in a comforter blanket. It is warm and cozy with lots of pocket spaces. The hood is warm and does not obscure my vision like other hoods do. I truly love this coat.

This coat is just great. Looks really cute on and is beyond warm without being heavy. Its a little puffy but that's okay, its not unflattering. Zipper works so smoothly which is a big plus for me. I bought the army green which if I could do it again I would get a darker color because it does get dirty fairly easily.

The coat is extremely warm and has a hood. The sherpa lining is excellent for extra warmth. It's a dream coat!

This coat keeps me comfortably warm from my head to the bottom of my knees. It's exactly what I was looking for and in particular is a coat my arthritic right knee needs! The coat isn't heavyweight as I feared it might be. So glad I made this purchase!

I love this coat. When I first got it I thought it was too loose and not as flattering as I wanted, but it's so warm and cozy and at the same time doesn't overheat . It's sort of like wearing a sleeping bag, but people have complimented me on it ! And I really do love it

So glad I waited for this coat to come in. In true LLBean fashion it is perfect in every way- size, warmth, comfort. Warm for those very chilly and windy winter walks and roomy enough for a sweater.

So comfy and warm! Sherpa hood is smaller than other hoods which is nice, keeps my head warmer than any other hood! I would recommend sizing down though.

Super warm and comfortable. A little looser than other LL Bean jackets but makes outdoor activities easier. Sherpa very soft and comfy.

I have waited to yrs to find my perfect coat, after purchases and returns, I found my keeper!! Can't be happier. Worth the price. Keeps you super warm, (the person that doesn't like being cold)

This coat is very warm! The Sherpa lining in the hat is wonderful!!! I also am enjoying the longer length and the warmth of having the extra coverage. The navy blue makes this coat look stylish.

Best. Coat. Ever! Everything about this coat is perfect! I am 5ft 3in, and I weigh 135lbs for reference. The coat sits just below my knees and the sleeves are fit the length of my long arms perfectly. I love the fleece lined hood, which fits great! I don't need to wear another hat underneath. The fleece lined bodice is fantastic too. So warm, I don't need to layer up a lot for Pacific NW weather. I love love love all of the pockets and how you can expand the coat on the side with zippers without sacrificing warmth.

Just what I needed! Cozy and warm jacket is perfect for cold weather! I thoroughly enjoy the fleece inside the hood and upper portion of the jacket! I had another down jacket from Llbean in the past. The hood on this one fits better around my face. Love it!

I bought this coat for my first winter in New England and it has been great so far! I've had it for about a month and it has kept me very comfortable. The fabric seems very resilient and easy clean, which is good because I wear it to the dog park. Fit-wise, it's roomy, which allows for layering, but not baggy, and the side zippers are great for increased mobility.

Excellent fit; perfect weight and warmth; love the side zippers and two-way front zipper; great pockets. I really like the fleece on my back and appreciate the silky sleeve lining and on the bottom half of the back of the coat. It slips right over chunky sweaters and sweatshirts. I'm so pleased with this coat! Many great features.

I loooove this coat!! It is so incredibly warm & fluffy like a giant marshmallow but somehow still flattering. My mom wants one too after trying mine on. Love love love. Oh, the pockets are also deep and the lining in the top half of the coat and hood are amazing. The hood easily stays up which my other cheaper coat has an issue with (but it was only $50).

This is an incredibly cozy coat. I love the Sherpa lining, and the hood. The fit is greatbig enough to go over bulky sweaters (no tight armholes), yet straight enough to be slimming. Roomy double pockets and a two-way zipper, too. It's warm on below-zero days, and long enough to keep my legs warm as I wait for the car seat to warm up. I love it!

So warm. Big pockets for stashing all the essentials. Definitely an oversized fit (which I like for a coat). What's not to love?
