...but the big extra 'llb' stitched on the flap right next to face is too much. i don't mind on chest, as that is not unusual, but this is not attractive. Otherwise, cute and comfy. Returning.

The vest is nice looking, but I was hoping it would have fleece-lined pockets (and a chest pocket would be nice). It also has way too much fabric around the mid section -- length is great, and I have a slender build, but it would be nice if the x-small were a little more form-fitting. I will need to wear it once or twice to confirm my 3-star review.

Color was more burgundy than the red shown. When my wife tried to return this gift she was told Bean would only issue a credit, not a refund.

I have several of the LL Bean vests in various colors. I love the weight which can be worn under a coat or on its own. They aren't bulky or boxy. I just went into the site to see what colors are available this year only to discover they have now added their logo to the front. No thank you. I won't be adding to my collection this year.

I was extremely disappointed in this vest. It was very thin and too small (even though it was the same size I've ordered for years). I have been buying from L.L. Bean for decades, and this is the first time I've ever been disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. I will continue to order from you, especially jeans, twills and shirts/tops for both my husband and myself. I truly hope this is my last experience with poor quality.

Feels shoddily made. The zippers are cheap plastic.

Sent it back. I have several of these over the years in the shorter version. While the color (navy) and length are nice it is very, very thin. I sent it back. Certainly not the same quality.

I returned this, unfortunately, as the color was not what I expected. It was not, I didn't think, what it looked like on line. Prompt and easy return.

This vest was perfect in every way except that it was too fitted. There was no room to wear anything layered under it. I'm 5'2" and weigh 127 lbs. and ordered the Petite Medium. Unfortunately I had to return it.

This would have been my third primaloft fleece lined vest, but unfortunately, for time being will be my last. My first vest my was a gift and I loved it so much I bought another one. My favorite thing about the original vests, they have stretchy side panels, 2 way zipper, interior pockets & a great fit. I purchased this third vest and it is was missing of few esstenial things: the 2 way zipper, no interior pockets & the sizing seems to run smaller. Therefore I returned the vest to my conveniently local L L Bean store. Great customer service. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. .

Why to small, not the size they say. My other vest are the same size and they fit perfect

I returned this. I bought the same vest a year ago and it was great-warm and fit well in Petite Large. This year I ordered the same vest in different color and it did not fit. Too small and was lighter in weight and not as warm. I did not re-order. I am 5'2'' and 148 pounds.

Was disappointed with how thin it is for the price. I find myself saying this a lot about LL Bean products lately.

I have a decade old LLBean quilted vest that has been worn to tatters. I wanted to like this so much. Color is great. Zippered pockets. Okay, so I didn't care for the lining much. However, I returned it. I always wear extra small, but this was too tight in the neck if fully zipped. The shape and cut of the garment make it uncomfortable to wear. Please bring back a qUilted vest with pockets like before. My husband is right that my old one is in serious need of a replacement.

The vest Is sized too small. I ordered a large which is usually perfect and it is 3 inches too small. I should have heeded comments of other customers. Will exchange for larger size and hope it fits. ; (

I was attracted by this cozy best because it was shaped. That was good. However, the interior lining, Primaloft sheds off onto my clothes. I have used a "lint" brush to remove as much as possible. This has helped, but has not completely solved the problem. I own other fleece vests that do NOT shed. Primaloft? warm and cozy, but annoying.

I returned the vest mainly because I already have two in the color, but also because it was tight under the arms and really too lightweight to use for our mild winters!

Very thin and a huge disappointment. I have a navy vest I bought years ago and I immediately got it out to compare. My navy vest was a down vest and it was approximately the same price. However; this item is fleece lined. Again, thin and a big disappointment. Will definitely return.

I have several primaloft vests and so wanted this vest with the extra lining. I didn't realize the style is very different and this is way smaller than the original vests I have. I had to return the 2 vests I ordered as they were too tight, even though I ordered the same size as before in the original version. I'm not too keen on the current primaloft vest style with the flat pocket on the left chest area nor the LLBean logo in the same area, vs the bottom of the vest in prior versions. I guess I'll have to wait until they create the next version and hopefully it will be better. Would also wait until there is a sale as these are VERY expensive for what you get.

very disappointed. On line it looks pinkish or light lavender in person the color is disturbingly ugly. Returning this item

The sizing and quality of materials is not consistent with the cost of this item.

I have about 5 LL Bean coats and they all fit great. This vest does is way too small. I think it's good you no longer charge more for plus, but making the garments smaller is wrong.
